Dance is the expression of one's thoughts and emotions through rhythmic movement, as is mentioned in history!
But I believe Dance is multi-faceted! Its influence on self, others, and the world around is multilayered.
Dance empowers, builds safer communities, and transcends love beyond religion, region, color, and creed. Dance is a form of activism, a catalyst for change, a form of expression, and a tool to build socioemotional awareness. It has different definitions and it touches people differently.
As a child one might get fascinated by the costume, make up and so much attention, as days passed the equation with Dance evolves. On days it helps one crawl down my bed and provides confidence, on other days it helps make friends.
Friends I found through dance, I call them HOME today.
I found my community, allowing me to share my hope for my little ones, Kolkata, the country, and beyond.

Dance as a language goes beyond borders!
In a world full of differences, dance is one of the universal language, connecting us beyond geographical, linguistic, and cultural divides.
We are proud and excited to present this opportunity to our students, to learn graceful gestures, encapsulating the nomadic spirit and cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people through a Cultural exchange program.
