As part of T.Berry’s impact, 1% from every sale goes to , a non-profit organisation based in New Delhi on behalf of Skye, Tanvi’s rescued puppy.

They not only take care of and feed over 275 street dogs everyday, but help rescue, foster + enable adoptions, medically treat and help spay/ neuter countless other community dogs and cats since over 19 years.

In addition to this, we now contribute a separate monthly fixed amount towards The Paw Compass as part of our CSR, so we can do our bit in supporting the health of our community furries.

Our MOST requested eye pillow to date, our newest print Jillypopo is rooted in one of Tanvi’s favourite childhood stories.

Imagine a dark stormy day, an old sea captain narrating stories to his grandchildren, cozy in a lighthouse built like a ship with moreish nibbles to snack on as accompaniments..⚓️

In one such story, three brothers go on a series of life-threatening adventures to procure some miraculous herbal tea leaves from the magical Jinjilly plant, to save their ailing father’s life. This mysterious plant only grows on a faraway land called Jillypopo, which is guarded by a fierce dragon who softens and agrees to help the brothers save their father in exchange for a favour 🍵🍃

As always, The Jillypopo Silk Sleep Eye Pillow is handcrafted in-house, from end of roll, low impact printed organic silk, fair trade organic cotton fill and special bio-elastic + sewn with organic cotton thread- making it circular, zero waste and 100% biodegradable at end of life 💜

The T.Berry Summer Yogurt Bowl Recipe

🍦400-500 grams Yogurt / Dahi

🍓Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen- I particularly like Blueberries, Strawberries and Mulberries)

🥝 Other fruit of choice (Kiwi, Mango and Bananas go really well)

🍯 Artisanal Granola (Homemade or from a small batch baker)

🍫 2-3 tbsp of Cacao Nibs (Great source of Phosphorous, Antioxidants & Magnesium- usually lacking in most diets and great for cell recovery + better sleep)

🌻 2-3 tbsp of Seeds of choice- I rotate between Pumpkin, Sunflower and Flax. (Flax seeds are loaded with omega-3 fats, protein, lignans, and fiber. Pumpkin seeds are packed with antioxidants, polyunsaturated fatty acids & B2. Sunflower seeds are extremely high in vitamin E, selenium, magnesium, and linoleic fatty acids, which help prevent chronic illnesses)

Optional:

🧡 Dehydrated Goji Berries (great source of Beta Carotene, healthy antioxidants, especially zeaxanthin which is great for eye health and immune system support)

Not all silk eye masks are created equal.

Everyone focuses on the aesthetics + hand feel when it comes to choosing a sleep eye mask, but have you ever considered what goes inside them?

Most, if not all eye masks usually come with some kind of a polyester fill on the inside because it’s both- cheaper + easier to source.

We use a certified, airy organic cotton fill that we sandwich between our ahimsa silk layers. Sourced from a family run company in South India, the cotton fill is produced to our exacting standards for both- our patrons and our beautiful planet 🌱

We wanted to create something that is exceedingly gentle for the eyes as well as the planet, as part of our post consumer care plan. All our silk eye pillows are 100% biodegradable so that once they have served you well (after many, many years) they can return to the Earth and by merging with soil, leave as faint an impact as possible 🤎

Each exquisite eye pillow is made-to-order, handcrafted at our atelier and stitched using organic cotton thread and our organic elastic to ensure there is no irritation around the sensitive eye area.
