Ummer started his first supermarket in Oman 25 years before. His dream venture, Navaratna Hypermarket's journey started in 2010, with a single supermarket at Ashtamichira. Ummer has expanded this venture to 9 stores spanning 11 lakh square feet of premium shopping space. 6 more stores are in the pipeline which will be opened by the end of 2018.
