The esteemed Chief Guest for the ceremony was Prof. (Dr.) Indrajit Dube, Vice Chancellor, National Law School, Meghalaya. The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur, Director, SLS, Pune, in the presence of Dr. Bindu Ronald, Cohead SCALSAR.

Dr. Rama Joga Rao Kasibhatla: Dr. Rama Joga Rao Kasibhatla is currently appointed as an Additional Legal Adviser at the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India (Gol). He provides expert counsel and guidance on complex legal matters.

Justice Mandhata Seetharama Murti: Justice Mandhata Seetharama Murti has practiced law for 12 years before becoming a District Judge. In addition to his legal experience, he specialized in teaching and training judicial and ministerial personnel in Andhra Pradesh. He was awarded by the Andhra University as the Best Trainee District Judge in 1996-97 for his excellence and dedication.
