Swacch Mandir Abhiyan - 17/12/2023.
Location - Ammanagi, Belagavi District.

Contributing to the cleanliness of the Jain temple reflects a dedication to upholding spiritual values and respect for heritage.
Additionally, such initiatives instill a sense of responsibility towards environmental conservation by promoting a cleaner and greener surrounding for everyone to enjoy.

Parshwanath Jain Mandir, Ammanagi, is a 10th-11th Century structure in Belgaum district.

A magnificent temple, all black dedicated to Thirthankara Parasvanath - look as if it is cut of some soft material and not stone. Purported to have been built in the ninth century during the Chalukyan period by their Chieftain who were Jains, this village has some dilapidated remains of buildings which points to Ammanagi being an important settlement those days.

Ammanagi village is located in the district of Belagavi in Karnataka. It is 10km away from Hukkeri and 60km from Belagavi city.

Today's visit to the milk and milk products factory was fascinating!
From witnessing the intricate process of milk processing to seeing the variety of products being made, it was an eye-opening experience.
The sheer scale of operations and the attention to quality and hygiene were impressive. Learning about the different stages of production and the technology involved was truly insightful.
And of course, getting to taste some freshly made dairy products was definitely the cherry on top!

Today, 26 Nov 2023 JITO Youth Wing Belgaum visited Old Age Home at Basavan kudachi for a wonderful physiotherapy session to the people by Physiotherapist Dr.Dhaval Chivate. He taught all the basic exercises which is very much beneficial for day to day pains and ailments.
The event was also followed by breakfast for all of them.
We thank Dr.Dhaval Chivate for sparing time from his busy schedule and contributing his knowledge towards the society.

The Govt. of Karnataka has announced National Overseas Scholarship for Minority Community Students for the year 2023-2024, in which regards, the JYW Belgaum has taken an initiative to spread awareness about the opportunity among Jain Community in Belgaum by releasing a detailed poster and posting them at various places in the city.

On 14/10/2023 the JITO BELGAUM YOUTH WING had a very productive & Fruitful Session with JITO APEX PRESIDENT ABHAYKUMAR SRISRIMAL ji on ENTREPRENEURSHIP and JITEM at BELGAUM in presence of other JITO Apex & KKG ZONE dignitaries,
He interacted with each youth wing member who was present there. Although he had a very busy schedule, he gave his valuable time to us and shared the best of his knowledge, gave suggestions for the business, and motivated us for our upcoming events.

As we embark on our new journey together, JITO Youth Wing Belgaum has started with tremendous enthusiasm and compassion. We began our tenure by visiting Shri Bhagwan Mahaveer Gaushala, where we had the privilege of feeding nourishing green hay to all the cows.

Furthermore, we organized a health check-up campaign for our beloved cows, ensuring their well-being. A dedicated and skilled veterinarian conducted thorough check-ups and provided necessary treatment to those in need. ❤️

In a gesture to nurture the environment, we also planted two banyan trees within the gaushala premises, symbolizing our commitment to sustainable practices. 🌳

Organizing a health check-up camp for cows and buffaloes in a *Gau Shala* is a great initiative for animal welfare. It's essential to collaborate with local veterinarians and animal health experts to provide comprehensive care, including vaccinations, deworming, and general health assessments. Additionally, promoting hygiene and proper nutrition is crucial for the well-being of these animals for which we are also giving fodder to the animals.

On the 1st of October, we will be conducting "GAU" health check up camp and fodder feeding with a donation drive at *SRI BHAGWAN MAHAVEER GAUSHALE KOLLIKOPPA* ❤️🙌
