Apple pie 🥧 - because it wasn’t yet winter in Austin so we were sticking to the fall flavours 🍂

It took me quite a few trials to get the perfect sponge for the cupcakes given the fact that the American gas ovens heat quickly and unevenly compared to the electrical oven that I used back in India. However I got my perfect sponge which is nice and bouncy now 😀

Seasonal flavour: Carrot cake
Just because the season demands for an all spiced cake and since I wasn’t able to bake my famous Christmas cake this year which is filled with sugar and spice and everything nice, I made this mildly spiced carrot 🥕 cake with a cream cheese frosting on the top, sprinkled with some roasted walnuts.

Sorry for the inconvenience but LBR shall remain closed until December 29,2022 and I won’t be available to take any orders until then but the good news is we are open to orders thereafter to make your 31st celebrations special 😊
