The other side!? So to say. The whole world today seems to be looking for “Happiness” and when we look harder we find that it is how we think about it is what makes a difference. It take tremendous efforts to cultivate a good habit! Bad habits are easy to come😀
I am glad that I am starting to run more often than I used to. I would make it a habit to run 10km at least thrice a week!! Happy running to me 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️

Successfully conducted one more training session with Advocates.

This was one of the more intriguing and interesting session so far as I had to prove my point to these highly super intelligent people who by virtue of their profession are argumentative.

Today's session focused on Stress Management and performance.
With more and more of us struck inside staring at screen all the time or glued to our phones ,it seems technology has considerable part to play in why people are feeling more and more stressed . With evaluation test on stress level we covered how to combat stress in our routine life with proper exercise and some minor changes in lifestyle.

Whenever I speak about &Happiness @ I remember what he said about I fondly remember discussing Mahatma with his Grandson Rajmohan Gandhi couple of years back on the occasion of Gandhijayanti in Dandi.
