For me, an ad-maker, a spearhead of a creative communications agency and most of all, a hunter and chef of awesome ideas and designs… it's mostly all about colors. Not just the colors we see. As per the tradition, every winter, world’s design maestros elect their choice for the “Color of the Year”. Pantone LLC, recently made an official announcement about the same declaring Viva Magenta (18-1750) the crown-bearer for 2023. What does Pre-Diwali Time for any Ad Agency look like? Lots of pressure to perform. Tons of responsibilities. Exponentially more expectations from clients. Huge budgets. Year’s biggest earnings. Multitasking-mania all over the creative and client-relations floor. Cut-throat competition for ideas. And a war against time itself! Any bells ringing already? I am pretty sure they are… This is only a humble approximation of what it’s like. Inhouse had been through a similar time, this Diwali. And we took it upon ourselves to “Have a Blast” for one of our most esteemed real estate clients - Darshanam Group and YES WE DID IT! Our creative team at Inhouse pitched a direct-to-customer engagement activations concept called KHOOB-LABH! With this interesting twist of words from the original Shubh-Labh, we aimed at making ‘Darshanam Khoob-Labh’ an Apna Real Estate Mela, Jaha Miley Har Kisiko Apne Sapno ka Jahaan… The idea was not only an instant hit with the Darshanam Group’s leadership, but was also reciprocated with the overwhelming response they received in footfalls, property inquiries and extremely positive sales numbers. Covering radio, print, exhibition-branding and outdoor hoardings, the comprehensive campaign for Darshanam Group was all set to showcase and promote its 20+ property options for customers stepping in from various walks of life and their real estate goals. For me and my team at www.InhouseIndia.com this experience was a profound success-story in creative inputs as well as commercial outputs. Team InHouse has had a notorious and ‘hatke’ reputation for making every Diwali, a little different. Sometimes the difference is awesome and pleasant. Sometimes, it's more whacky and surprising. What it definitely isn’t, obvious and cliche! And that’s exactly how this year, the 2022 Diwali for Inhouse became “Yeah Diwali Phatako Wali”. Yes! As crazy and fun as it looks in the video, we had a BLAST, quite literally, by surprising every client of InHouse, with a Sweets-Box, loaded with Sutli-Bombs! What happened next?
