So I made these Elote is a popular street food in Mexico. It is roasted or boiled corn that is served on the cob. The best part, though, is the generous layer of homemade sauce, spices, and Cotija cheese and seasoning. Try this Elote recipes and give it the Indian flavour or Masala Corn that has all the mouth watering flavors of chaat. It’s perfect for a picnic or an easy make ahead appetizer.

This also makes a fantastic tea time and party snack. Vindaloo which is a Portuguese recipe basically means "meat in wine”

Wiki says that the Goan Vindaloo has been derived from the Portuguese carne de vinha d’alhos which literally means “meat in garlic wine marinade“. Eventually it was “Indianized” by substituting red wine with wine or palm vinegar, and the addition of dried red chili peppers with other flavorful Indian spices.
You will find that in some of the vindaloo recipes people prefer to add potatoes. This is because of the belief that word Vindaloo has "aloo" into it. Aloo = Potatoes!
