About the Teacher: Dr. Uttam Singh
Dr. Uttam Singh presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Buddhist Studies, Central Sanskrit University, Agartala Campus, Tripura. Being a scholar of Buddhist Studies and paleography, Dr. Singh has expertise in various Indic scripts such as Brahmi, Grantha, Old-Nagari, Sharada etc.. Couple of books and articles are to his credit. His areas of research specialization are Buddhist Studies, Sanskrit, Pali, Prakrit, other Indic languages, manuscriptology & Palaeography .
