So, I’m incredibly excited and grateful to bring Liore Patisserie to my hometown. Hi, my name is Himanshi Srivastava, and I am a pastry chef specializing in French desserts. After exploring the pastry world in both India and France, I’m thrilled to share Liore with you. Liore is created with the vision to provide the best quality desserts that are completely vegetarian.

Coffee Hazelnut
This cake has flavors of light coffee and nutty hazelnut.
Its elements include coffee-soaked vanilla sponge, coffee-infused whipped vanilla ganache, roasted hazelnut, hazelnut vanilla mousse, and a hazelnut reconstituted streusel base.

“This blueberry and kiwi curd entremet pairs up surprisingly well; the tangy sweetness of both blueberry and kiwi is balanced perfectly with our vanilla mousse. It’s definitely going to be my go-to summer dessert.
The layers consist of blueberry compote, kiwi curd, vanilla sponge, vanilla mousse, and reconstituted streusel.”
