It was just a matter of 2 months! Our client Shilpa reduced 2-4 inches overall and started losing the stubborn fat with healthy and well balanced diet. A good diet and lifestyle is always the answer!
And this is how we reversed hypothyroidism! My client Shilpa joined in May this year just to lose weight and drop inches but when we checked her reports, the TSH (Thyroid stimulating hormone) levels were high. It could be one of the reasons for gaining weight and not being able to lose at the same time. Particular diet was given to her, to not only reverse thyroid issues but to lose weight in a sustainable manner as well. This is when we skipped on starting with thyroid medication and worked on lowering the levels of TSH in her body. AND you can see the results! In approximately 5 months, we were able to see normal functioning of her thyroid gland!
Moral of the story? Thyroid functioning can be improved WITHOUT THE MEDICATION (depending upon the severity and duration) WITH DIET AND LIFESTYLE.
