Dubai Has Built The World's longest cantilever. One Za’abeel completes full cladding and progresses with final construction work. Designed by Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei and developed by Ithra Dubai, the latest addition to Dubai’s skyline is a mixed-use two towers with a horizontal connection housing. The innovative design of One Za'abeel puts in place twin skyscrapers, rising over a total built-up area of 470,700 square meters. Tower A, standing at 300 meters tall, will host offices and a hotel, the world’s first vertical resort, whereas Tower B, standing at 235 meters tall, will be primarily oriented towards residential units.

رسوم توضيحية تحلل مخططات اشهر المعماريين بواسطة الفنان Federico Babina .
يستكشف الفنان أنماط تصميم 25 من أعظم المهندسين المعماريين في التاريخ ، مستخلصًا مخططات بعض إبداعاتهم الأكثر شهرة على خلفيات هندسية بسيطة. تشبه الرسوم التوضيحية الناتجة متاهات ديناميكية أو رموزًا مجردة ، وهي ما يشير إليه الفنان باسم "الرسوم البيانية الكوكبية".
ويوضح أن "تحليل مخطط معماري هو كيفية إجراء دراسة خطية". "المخططات تشبه توقيعات المهندسين المعماريين ويمكن أن تكشف عن تفاصيل مفاهيمية حول الشخصيات الفنية والجمالية لمؤلفيها " .

The Portuguese artist started creating realistic art in the '90s when it was first gaining prominence in the country. He started with simple sketches on street walls and train tracks but then advanced into large-scale 3D drawings. Odeith continued to evolve and adopted the obscure signature style, which he refers to as "sombre 3D." This technique combines angles, lines, and shadows to create an extraordinary 3D art effect. In 2005 he gained international recognition for his anamorphic art series and realistic drawings, which looked like something out of a science horror fiction flick, with giant spiders appearing to climb off the walls at helpless passers-by.
Not surprisingly, the Lisbon-based muralist has since been asked to design pieces across the pond in the U.S cities of Baton Rouge, L.A, Charleston and Lexington and has even received business contracts with major corporations like Coca-Cola, Samsung, and Shell.
