Ιούλιος, ζέστη, γαλάζιο! 💙
Τα χρώματα του νερού ποικίλλουν από το απαλό τυρκουάζ μέχρι το βαθύ μπλε, αποτυπώνοντας την ποικιλία των αποχρώσεων που προσφέρει η θάλασσα.
Οι αντανακλάσεις του ήλιου πάνω στο νερό δημιουργούν μια αίσθηση ηρεμίας και γαλήνης, προσκαλώντας τον θεατή να βυθιστεί στη μαγεία της στιγμής!

Στο βάθος, ο Όλυμπος υψώνεται περήφανος, με τις κορυφές του να χάνονται μέσα στα σύννεφα.

Ο ουρανός πάνω από το τοπίο είναι καθαρός και φωτεινός, με λίγα διάσπαρτα σύννεφα που προσθέτουν μια αίσθηση κίνησης και ζωντάνιας στη σύνθεση.

Ο πίνακας αυτός είναι μια ωδή στη φυσική ομορφιά και την αρμονία του ελληνικού τοπίου, αποτυπώνοντας την ηρεμία της θάλασσας και τη μεγαλοπρέπεια του Όλυμπου σε μια σκηνή που μαγεύει και εμπνέει.

Ανακαίνιση εσωτερικών τοίχων 🏡

Είδαμε σε προηγούμενη ανάρτηση την αλλαγή των εξωτερικών τοίχων, σήμερα θα σας παρουσιάσω το πως άλλαξαν οι εσωτερικοί!
Οι τοίχοι εξαρχής δεν είχαν καλή όψη, δεν ήταν σπατουλαρισμένοι κ λείοι, είχαν αυτήν την υφή φλούδας πορτοκαλιού και πάρα πολλές ατέλειες από το σοβάτισμα!
Το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα ήταν αυτό των μεσογειακών σπιτιών, ελαφρά άγριο, σπατουλαριστό σε μια απόχρωση της ξανθιάς άμμου!

Επιλέχτηκε λοιπόν η calce cruda σε ελεύθερη μετάφραση κάτι σαν ακατέργαστος ασβέστης! Πολλοί ρωτάτε και έχετε απορίες για αυτό το υλικό γιατί οι περισσότεροι πιστεύουν πως είναι βαφή! Δεν είναι το lime paint που εφαρμόζεται με πινέλο! Δεν είναι μπογιά!
Ο ακατέργαστος ασβέστης είναι ένα υλικό που αποτελείται από φυσικό ασβέστη, μαρμαρόσκονη και άμμο. Δεν είναι ένας οικοδομικός στόκος αντίθετα μπορεί να γίνει ένα πραγματικό στοιχείο διακόσμησης, εάν εφαρμοστεί με τη σωστή αρχιτεκτονική αρμονία μεταξύ του χώρου διαβίωσης και των στοιχείων σχεδιασμού.

Οι ιδιότητες του ακατέργαστου ασβέστη είναι πολλαπλές. Εκτός από την υψηλή εργασιμότητα, χάρη στην ελαστικότητα και την πλαστικότητά του, επιτρέπει απεριόριστες στιλιστικές λεπτομέρειες που υπαγορεύονται από την επιδεξιότητα του εφαρμοστή.
Τα φινιρίσματα μπορούν να γίνουν με στένσιλ, και πολλά άλλα εργαλεία δίνοντας δυναμισμό, τρισδιάστατα εφέ και αρμονία στον τοίχο.
Οι ιδιότητες που δίνει στο χώρο είναι πολλαπλές:
📌Λιγότερη υγρασία, χάρη στην εγγενή ιδιότητα του ασβέστη που ρυθμίζει την εσωτερική υγρασία του περιβάλλοντος
📌Λιγότερη εσωτερική ρύπανση και βακτήρια, που συλλαμβάνονται χάρη στο πορώδες του σοβά και τις βακτηριοστατικές ιδιότητες
📌Δεν επιτρέπει το σχηματισμό μούχλας, λόγω των μυκητοστατικών ιδιοτήτων του
📌Εξαιρετικό αισθητικό αποτέλεσμα στην τελική διακόσμηση

Στις παρακάτω φωτογραφίες θα δείτε ένα τμήμα, αυτό κάτω από τη σκάλα με στένσιλ στο ίδιο χρώμα( και το οποίο είναι πάνελ mdf από κάτω) ενώ οι δυο κεντρικοί τοίχοι σε μίνιμαλ εφαρμογή με σχέδια από την κίνηση της σπάτουλας!
🖌️Ο φακός δεν αποδίδει σωστά το χρώμα, φαίνεται καλύτερα στις ενώσεις με το λευκό της οροφής!

Ανακαίνιση εξωτερικών τοίχων κατοικίας 🏡

Πέρασε σχεδόν ένας μήνας από την τελευταία ανάρτηση! Ένας αρκετά κουραστικός αλλά δημιουργικός Μάιος!
Τελείωσε όλη η ανακαίνιση εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά όλων των τοίχων του σπιτιού! Σήμερα θα δείτε το εξωτερικό μέρος το οποίο επενδύθηκε με φυσική βαφή/σοβα κουρασάνι!

Το κουρασάνι είναι ένα παραδοσιακό κονίαμα γνωστό από την αρχαιότητα με εξαιρετικές υδραυλικές, μηχανικές και θερμομονωτικές ιδιότητες! Πέρα όμως από τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά του και την αντοχή του στις καιρικές συνθήκες έχει μια ιδιαίτερη αισθητική καθώς μοιάζει χειροποίητο και γήινο! Η επιφάνεια του χρώματος δεν είναι μονότονη όπως θα δείτε στις φωτογραφίες αλλά έχει φυσικά νερά και διακυμάνσεις! Σαν να έχει περάσει ο χρόνος από πάνω του!

Το χρώμα επιλέχτηκε προσεκτικά μετά από αρκετές δοκιμές για να ταιριάζει με την πέτρα χωρίς όμως να προσθέσει κι άλλο γκρι στο τελικό αποτέλεσμα! Το βαθύ μπλε με το οποίο ήταν βαμμένο το σπίτι είναι πλέον παρελθόν! Επόμενο μεγάλο πρότζεκτ θα είναι η ανανέωση/αλλαγή χρώματος σε πόρτες και παράθυρα!

Με μπουκαμβιλιες και γεράνια και τα απαραίτητα κεριά και φανάρια ο κήπος πήρε την επιθυμητή μορφή και αισθητική και είναι έτοιμος να δεχτεί φίλους τις ζεστές καλοκαιρινές βραδιές!

ΟΛΙΚΗ ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΗ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑΤΟΣ 🏡

Πως ανακαινίστηκε και άλλαξε όψη ένα μικρό διαμέρισμα 70τμ περίπου χωρίς ριζικές αλλαγές για να κάνει χρήση Airbnb!
Ο χώρος αποτελείται από ενιαίο είσοδο/ σαλόνι/ κουζίνα, ένα χωλ, ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο και το μπάνιο. Η επιθυμία της ιδιοκτήτριας ήταν να μην γίνουν γκρεμίσματα και αντικατάσταση κουζίνας αλλά να αλλάξουν όλα δημιουργικά και με στυλ!
Η αρχή έγινε με τα δυο μεγάλα έπιπλα της γιαγιάς, συναισθηματικής αξίας για την ιδιοκτήτρια, έναν μπουφέ και μια ντουλάπα γιατί με αφετηρία τα χρώματα που βάφτηκαν αποφασίστηκε και η παλέτα για τους τοίχους και την κουζίνα! Έτσι έχουμε το ένα σε μια ιδιαίτερη ένωση γκρι και γαλάζιου και λεπτομέρειες σε χρυσό και την ντουλάπα σε γκρι με ελαφρά τεχνοτροπία!
Στη συνέχεια άλλαξε η κουζίνα στο αγαπημένο sage green, ένα πράσινο γκρι πάντα επίκαιρο και κομψό! Παρόλο που τα ντουλάπια ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση και όχι ξύλο το αποτέλεσμα ήταν εντυπωσιακό! Τα πλακάκια επίσης με ειδικο βερνίκι άλλαξαν όψη και τα χερούλια σε χρυσό έδωσαν αυτό που χρειαζόταν το σύνολο για να αναβαθμιστεί!
Επόμενο βήμα οι δυο τοίχοι με τεχνοτροπία! Αυτός που τοποθετήθηκε η τηλεόραση κ στο υπνοδωμάτιο πίσω από το κρεβάτι! Σε αυτόν του σαλονιού τα χρώματα που επιλέχτηκαν ήταν το ζεστό μπεζ με λεπτομέρειες από το γαλάζιο του μπουφέ! Σε ρομαντικό ύφος, με επιλογή σχεδίων και εφέ λίγο παλαιωμένο!
Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα αντίθετα έγινε επιλογή ενός σχεδίου σε ελεύθερο στυλ και εφαρμογή μεταλλικών χρωμάτων σε έξι αποχρώσεις!
Με γνώμονα λοιπόν την παλέτα χρπου ήδη βάφτηκαν κουζίνα και έπιπλα, για τους υπόλοιπους τοίχους επιλέχτηκε ένα πολύ φρέσκο και καθαρό χρώμα σε γκρι/ μπεζ ( greige) που ανάλογα με το φωτισμό αλλάζει τόνο! Εσωτερικές πόρτες και πλακάκια μπάνιου βάφτηκαν επίσης με το ίδιο, για ένα συνεχόμενο και κομψό αποτέλεσμα.
Στο πάνω μέρος του μπάνιου και στο ταβάνι χρησιμοποιήθηκε ενα σκούρο μπλε πετρολ για να μειωθεί λίγο η αίσθηση του ύψους σε ένα τόσο μικρό χώρο και να καλυφθούν κάποιες ατέλειες και ανομοιομορφίες!
Η διακόσμηση συμπληρώθηκε με κάποια έπιπλα που ήδη κατείχε η ιδιοκτήτρια και κάποια που προστέθηκαν ενώ τα πολύ όμορφα φυτά-δώρα που δέχτηκε έδωσαν στο χώρο αυτήν την μοναδική αίσθηση του ζεστού σπιτικού που επιθυμούσε και ειναι πλέον έτοιμο να δεχτεί τους επισκέπτες για μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή 🏡

This room is under the attic in my Greek home, it is low in height and I wanted the wall to look like an abstract painting! The wardrobe is changed also in a warmer color!

Τις μέρες που ήμουν στην Ελλάδα άνοιξα τα τελευταία κουτιά μετά τη μετακόμιση του Αυγούστου και τι έκπληξη! Βρήκα έναν παλιό δίσκο της γιαγιάς μου από την Κρήτη, made in England, που τον χρησιμοποιούσαν για τα κόλυβα! ( in English, koliva, is a dish based on boiled wheat, sugar and dry fruits that is used liturgically in the Eastern Orthodox Church for commemorations of the dead.)
Ήταν σκουριασμένος σε κάποια σημεία και για πολλά χρόνια δεν ήξερα πως να τον αξιοποιήσω!
Πήρα λοιπόν χρώμα κιμωλίας, κερί και image transfer και μέσα σε λίγη ώρα άλλαξε μορφή και βρήκε ήδη τη θέση του στο τραπέζι της βεράντας για να απολαμβάνουμε το πρωινό μας!
Γιατί όλα τα αντικείμενα εκτός από τα έπιπλα αξίζουν μια δεύτερη ευκαιρία για να τα προσαρμόσουμε στην αισθητική μας!

Sta arrivando la Pasqua.. lo sapete già, un po’ in ritardo siccome mancavo, sono riuscita a decorare e farvi vedere un angolo del mio atelier!
Ovviamente tutto fatto da me come sempre, uova dipinti, mobili, vasi, alzatina, la quale adoro l aspetto scrostato e invecchiato.

One of my favorites restyling 🖌️

It’s incredible the feeling to wake up in a house you’ve dreamed of for a lifetime and even more satisfying to design it and decorate it with your own hands! Painting, crafting, choosing decor styles and materials, get frustrated, tired and start over again!
The journey is worth it and I’m enjoying every single moment! Grateful 💖

Just a couple of days before my return to Italy, I paint and decorate the last projects for now! The attic or loft is the only finished and furnished one!
Stone effect on the central wall and kourasani plaster on the sides, a material that I used for the first time and I love it and I will use it on the exterior walls to change the facade of the house to a mediterranean style! Wish you all a beautiful evening and a nice weekend 🎉

The smell of earth and the silence after the rain ☔️, how quickly the sky pulls herself together. And how clearly everything seems …

Little update on work progress in the Greek house! The week went by quickly but due to the rains little work been done! Saturday , finally sunny the day was full of things to do.
🛠️The craftsmen entered in the small house to create the bathroom, another craftsman supervised the fireplace that I showed you in the stories and all of you said to changed. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to improve its existing form with a small budget, whenever we decided to take it out and install an energy and minimal fireplace in a new form, for that I’ll do a post later!
🌷I planted tulips for inside and herbs in the garden! Some small furniture and kitchen items were bought but my joy was great when I found this armchair in my favorite olive color! If you remember in this green will be painted the kitchen later.

Hey, how are the holidays in Greece 🇬🇷 going?
Me: ohhh I have a lot of fun and relax, thank you!
📌Many people, friends and followers, knowing that I live in Palermo, think that every time I’m in Greece I’m on vacation! No guys, every trip to my country combines work and time with my family that I miss so much!
Every time all is planned months in advance and I follow the schedule so that everything is done on time!
These pictures are the proof how my Saturday was and so the same my Sunday! I have a big project to complete that will take me a few months! I will use materials that I have not used until now, mainly Greek companies! Those of you who have seen my stories these days will know what I’m talking about!
