It investigates the paradoxes of water and analyses the different attitudes, both on conceptual and technical levels.

Il numero inoltre contiene uno scritto inedito di Franco Zagari “Se tutto ciò ha un senso”, che la famiglia gentilmente ci ha donato, e un articolo di Mariella Zoppi “Il ‘senso’ del paesaggio in Gianfranco Di Pietro” dedicato appunto a Gianfranco Di Pietro.

Cari amici, colleghi, allievi, ci ritroviamo lunedì 26 giugno alle ore 17.30 presso il Giardino della Facoltà di Architettura di Roma a via Gramsci 53 per piantare una Jacaranda e salutare Franco Zagari insieme!

Landezine is calling landscape architecture offices, students and young professionals to submit their work to LILA 2023. There are more than 50 expected recognitions (awards, special mentions and shortlists).

DEADLINES
Registration deadline is 21 April / fees: offices € 200, students € 60
Late registration deadline is 18 May / fees: offices € 250, students € 80

There is one submission deadline: 18 May. You may register early to catch the lower fee and submit the material later, on or before 18 May.

Offices can send one or more built landscape architecture projects. Any type of project can be submitted (public places, private gardens, corporate, hospitality, infrastructure, schools, sports, cemeteries, memorials, installations and everything else). Projects need to be built in 2019 or later.

New: One of the projects built in 2019 or later will be named Project of the Year.

New: ‘Revisited‘ category for older projects presented with new photos, where the project must have been built before 2008.

New: The Office of the Year award will be chosen from offices with an active Landezine Membership. Get in touch if you’d like to know more.

Landscape architecture students and young professionals
Students and young professionals from the field of landscape architecture and urban design are welcome to submit their personal portfolios (pdf booklet, A3, max 25MB) for the LILA Portfolio Award.

Only people born after 18 May 1987 can participate.

We are now looking for talented students with an interest in nature-based design who want to be part of everyday life at our studio in Copenhagen.

This internship starts on August 21, 2023, and is tailored for students of landscape architecture, architecture, urban planning, and urban design.
