ENUGU HERDSMEN KILLINGS ~ IPOB MAKES U-TURN, VOW TO FIGHT THE ATTACKER

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has turned around on its earlier stance of steering clear of the killings in the Enugu community by suspected herdsmen and vowed to fight any attacker destabilising their peace.

IPOB in a statement by its media and publicity secretary, Emma Powerful, on Tuesday affirmed that the attacked community would not be treated as an outcast in the South East, hence warning those behind the killings to leave the place or incurs their wrath.

Powerful said that “IPOB’s Security department has courageously agreed to take the bull by the horn. Fulani terrorists and their sponsors will understand that Enugu and other Biafran communities cannot and will not be their playground.

“We simply will not tolerate the killing, kidnapping and massacre of our people neither shall we tolerate their jihadist agenda in Biafraland.

“IPOB is God’s project and we will not shy away from all our goals and objectives through the help of Eze Chukwu Okike Abiama and the guidance of the spirits that guard Biafraland.

“Nobody should entertain fear or worry about the ongoing tragedies in Enugu State. IPOB and ESN will confront those murderous Fulani herdsmen militias soon.

“Yes, it is true we initially said we are not coming to defend those communities under attacks because some of them and their Traditional rulers collaborated with Fulani terrorists military to attack ESN operatives who were in their communities to protect them.

“But after IPOB leadership deliberated on the matter, we have agreed not to abandon our own not minding their initial foolishness. Our slogan “onuru ube Nwanne ya agbala oso” (don’t run away when you hear the cry of your brother) is still a fundamental guiding principle of this movement.

“Enugu State is a Biafran territory and the people in Enugu Communities are our brothers and sisters and we cannot afford to allow them to be massacred by uncircumcised terrorist

Today let’s talk about why Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is still in the DSS Custody

Yesterday, US leader, Jarvis Johnson told US President that: “The Abia State High Court judgment of January 19, 2022 exonerated Kanu from jumping bail”. Thank you Jarvis. Thank you BAG. Enough said!

Be assured that it will be done and dusted shortly before the Federal High Court Abuja today. One thing is settled in line with extant provisions of the law, is that Onyendu can never be re-arraigned on any charge again, not today and not ever.

We are still yet to see or be served a copy of the phantom/rumoured charge.

We are still awaiting the arrival of the Hon. Judge, and commencement of today's proceedings.

UPDATE ON OUR TODAY'S VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT – ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE DSS HEADQUARTERS WHERE HE IS STILL BEING ILLEGALLY AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DETAINED IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT:

We visited Onyendu today at the headquarters of the Department of State Services (DSS) Abuja, to provide him with update on our relevant filings before the Supreme Court, as well as briefed him on other pertinent legal briefings.

During our discussion today, Onyendu revealed partial compliance with his routine medication, though still not administered as medically prescribed. Yet, Onyendu is still being denied access to his personal Physician.

Furthermore, Onyendu directed me to issue the foregoing statements:

1. That this critical time calls for the greatest circumspect among his followers because the enemies are relentlessly exploiting the vulnerable, to sustain their status quo, and further blackmail the IPOB, ably led by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, which is a peaceful self-determination movement.

2. Onyendu has a hard stance in condemnation of crimes and dissidents, and reiterated that he has never condoned nor supported criminality of any form. Hence, the criminal elements who are involved in making lives unbearable to our people should be immediately fished out and dealt with as such. They have no place in IPOB's peaceful self-determination movement.

3. That the general public and indeed UmuChineke, should be notified in unmistaken terms that nobody is receiving any instruction from Onyendu for the purpose of encouraging dissidents’ behaviours and accordingly, disassociates himself from any person(s) who is mischievously feeding the public with such blatant falsehood. Onyendu stressed that he has since made his stance public, which position is clearly contained in a viral short clip, recorded during one of his appearances in Court.

4. Onyendu reiterated his call for total calmness in the entire South-East region, and particularly queried the mental state of those who are relentlessly waging war against his people, the very people he had sworn to protect and make life better for.

5. Onyendu’s movement was founded on a peaceful bedrock, in consonance with the universally recognized rights of indigenous people to self-determination, as clearly encapsulated under the extant laws.

6. That the activities of the dissidents/marauders who engage in criminal activities, have further emboldened the blood thirsty and untrained Nigerian security agents, to unleash unimaginable terror on innocent people of the South-East region.

7. In conclusion, Onyendu reminds UmuChineke to note that the successive landmark victories he recently recorded in various Courts of competent jurisdictions against the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN), may not have gone down well with his traducers, including the FGN. Hence, he insists that all hands must be on deck to enable saner minds to identify the real enemies in our midst, and those being used by the establishment to try to implicate and/or blackmail him.

From every indication, it is very likely that a date will soon be assigned at the Supreme Court of Nigeria for the hearing of Onyendu’s Appeal against the Order staying the ex*****on of his judgment. We will not hesitate to inform UmuChineke, through the approved channel once a date is given.

Onyendu urged UmuChineke to maintain maximum restraint, and never to lose sight of the main reason why he is currently undergoing persecution. Onyendu was particularly delighted by the news of your peaceful conduct and consequently, encouraged you all to always keep your eyes on the ball as we all can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Information reaching Umuchiukwu Writers has it that Mama Biafra, known as Agbaegonkiti Nwunyo Onuha has passed on 😭😭😭😭 .

She died at the early hours of today being 1st of November, 2022.

Mama Biafra has been a supporter of IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu until her death, she's an enlightened woman , very brave and fearless who always spoke about the evil of the Nigerian government against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Biafran people .

May her gentle soul rest in peace , isee , Mama we'll miss you 😭😭😭😭😭

WHAT A SAD LOSS: ADIEU PAPA!

This morning, we received with heavy heart, the news of the passing on to glory of late Chief Dunu Mbazulike Amaechi, the first Republic Minister of Aviation. We could not immediately release a message because we needed time to process the news and confer with his family.

Death is an inevitable end, but our prayers is to be ready when it comes. Most importantly is to leave memories behind that will be remembered with kindness by posterity.

The late Chief Dunu Mbazulike Amaechi was an intentional man, who understood and shared in the struggles of our people, and most recently to remember was his last wish, as he, in genuflection, begged the stone-hearted audience, “for the release of his ‘SON’ Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu”. Papa further solicited for the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) to release Onyendu to him personally, by assuring the defiant Establishment that he will make Onyendu available any time he is needed.

This solemn plea was copiously contained in Papa’s thought-provoking letter to President Muhammad Buhari. Papa later followed it up with a further visit to Abuja, where he spent three good nights, waiting for the arrival of stakeholders named in the hitherto political solution meeting. I am aware because I was with Papa throughout that sojourn.

The supposed “critical stakeholders” nominated for this process were nowhere to be seen, and Papa eventually left Abuja in agony. It was indeed an ugly experience I do not wish anyone of his age to experience.

The question now begging for answer is, was that wish granted? The answer to the above is capital NO!

The present unpopular, but unceremonious Government of the day did not stop at bluntly rejecting Papa’s last WISH, but consequently, treated with greatest disdain and impunity, the Order/Judgment of the Court of Appeal that subsequently discharged Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Papa, posterity shall forever be kind to you and your entire generation. You have not laboured in vain as we are very optimistic that your “SON” Onyendu will regain his freedom in no distant time.

We hereby extend our deepest condolences to Papa’s immediate family, friends and well-wishers over this irreparable loss. May the gentle soul of Papa, rest in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ Amen.

We will sorely miss you, Papa. Adieu, until we meet again on the resurrection morning.
