Wild Myrthus or Mirtle sprouts spontaneously on the shores of Apulia, where it absorbs the power of the sea yielding bitter berries that we harvested at ideal ripeness in mid-December. After a long infusion its aromatic and herbal qualities are absorbed into our Burrasca Wild Myrthus bitter liqueur. Vintage 2023 now out.
