Jesper is voor zijn onderzoek gedoken in de studie van bierschuim en het analyseren van de schuimkwaliteit van de bieren die wij brouwen. Waarom dit zo belangrijk voor ons is? Een mooie schuimkraag zorgt niet alleen voor een goede eerste indruk van het bier, het draagt ook bij aan de volle smaken en aroma's die je in bier tegenkomt.

Jespers doel? Ontdekken welke aspecten van ons brouwproces de grootste invloed hebben op de schuimkwaliteit. Dit doen we door alle recepten en gegevens van elk bier naast elkaar leggen. Bovendien kunnen we in de brouwerij het alcoholpercentage, IBU, suikers en andere belangrijke aspecten van onze brouwsels meten met behulp van onze meetapparatuur van Smart Analysis Benelux

Dit is Jesper, één van onze nieuwe aanwinsten in de brouwerij! Als student Chemie zal hij samen met Martijn de brouwprocessen gaan verfijnen en kwaliteitscontrole in het laboratorium uitvoeren. Met zijn passie voor brouwen zit Jesper hier helemaal op zijn plek en gaan we samen werken aan nóg beter bier, want kwaliteit staat bij ons op nummer 1!🍻
