The process begins through a physical contact with the client, using various massage techniques. Through the contact is created a deeper connection to be able to feel more easily what the physical, emotional and energetic body of the person wants to communicate. The use of tools such as singing, speech, movement, crystals, shamanic drums and rattles or other instruments like the didgeridoo, allow to catalyze the energy in excess, that should dissolve. At the same time it could help to integrate new fresh energy into the system of the person. The intense movement of healing energy that is generated, allows to dissipate the blocked emotions, to melt the knots of energy and to offer a pleasant sensation of relaxation, lightness and liberation. The vibration of the drum, the rattles, the didgeridoo or the voice itself, becomes a powerful bridge between the physical and the invisible worlds. Through them is possible to channel the intentions and the healing where, and how is needed. Each treatment becomes a unique experience, created by the alchemy with the client and in resonance with the need of the moment.

CEREMONIES: Traditionally the ceremonies were practices deeply integrated into all kind of civilizations for thousands of years. In addition, ceremonies were practiced to celebrate or consecrate, but as well to mark the evolutionary steps of the people’s lives . The ceremonies bring transformation and space for praying to obtain healing and abundance. In modern society, for several reasons, rituals have lost their meaning, as well as the sacredness. Pasos Sagrados wants to contribute to restore a necessary and essential space that allows us to have a direct connection with our Soul and the invisible planes. Through rituals, we remember how to pray and we give voice to our Divine Nature.

Pasos Sagrados facilitates different types of ceremonies:

Temazcal Ceremony: This medicine, more than any other, has marked my personal path, and with deep respect and dedication I share the experience. The Temazcal is a traditional ceremony of Native-americans and the people from Mesoamerica. In Nahuatl (ancient Mexica language), the word Temazcalli means "steam house". It is a practice that also existed in ancient Mesopotamia, Turkey and Russia. According to archaeological evidence, it has been practiced for more than 5000 years. The Temazcal is an intense ceremony of physical, mental, emotional and energetical purification. The ritual allows us to return to the sacred womb of Mother Earth, and be reborn. Thanks to this ceremony, on one hand we free ourselves from everything we don’t longer need and on the other we affirm new and constructive purposes for our path.

Circle of Women Ceremony: Facilitate a sacred meeting among women, so that they can feel free, without any judgment to give space to their inner voice. Like this, they can express authentically what they are living and how they feel. Everyone can find support, comfort or just a solid presence in the other women of the circle. The circle, which has always been a symbol of equality and femininity, allows us to learn from other women and at the same time teach them. It is a strong mirror, and helps us to become aware about ancestral memories and to be able to dissolve inherited limiting conditionings. Women together laugh, talk, cry, sing, dance, grow and get nourished.

Opening and closing Ceremony for birth child : The period of pregnancy is a time of Grace and bliss which women have the privilege to experience. In this ceremony we emphasize the sacredness of this moment, and with this awareness babies are allowed to be born with all the love and consciousness they deserve. Pregnant women can share these blessings with other women in the circle. They can express their emotions and receive from them the empowerment, support and containment they need. Afterwards, there will be the ceremony for closing the energy of the birth so the woman can regain her strength. The whole ritual is carried out with full celebration and joy.

Prayer circles: Ceremonies that can be performed during lunar phases, solstices, equinoxes and cycles of life. It could be accomplished with any opportunity like birth, death, marriage, entrance to adulthood or old age. We can pray whenever is needed to settle an intention or simply at times when you need to manifest a change. The prayer can be carried out with the help of the medicine of natural to***co, which for many cultures represents the catalyst of the word. La visión del proyecto Pasos Sagrados propone diversas actividades para sensibilizar y crear conciencia acerca de la relación con nosotros mismos y con la Madre Tierra.

Durante el curso de mi vida hice numerosos viajes y descubrimientos, de los cuales tuve el honor de encontrar a personas muy especiales -verdaderos “maestros”, y gracias a lo que recibí de ellos pude mirar hacia dentro y empezar el infinito proceso de auto-descubrimiento. Cada uno de estos encuentros fueron Sagrados, y me brindaron un significativo crecimiento de conciencia de quién Soy.

El proyecto tiene la gran ambición de compartir las enseñanzas adquiridas. Ofrecer inspiraciones a quien, por sincronicidad, está abierto a recibirlas y, gracias a un consentimiento más elevado, andar a restablecer el equilibrio perdido.

Pasos Sagrados favorece un espacio ceremonial para crear una conexión directa con los elementos y expresar la Intención más profunda de nuestro Ser, sensibilizar sobre temas que pueden ayudar al auto-descubrimiento, cambiar la percepción de la realidad que vivimos, sanando no solamente a nosotros mismos, sino también a nuestros ancestros; y aún más, a el Consciente Colectivo.

En la sociedad moderna los rituales han perdido su importancia, dejando que momentos importantes de nuestra vida pierdan su sacralidad. Pasos Sagrados quiere contribuir al rescate de un espacio necesario e imprescindible que nos permita tener una conexión directa con nuestra Alma y los planos invisibles. Pasos Sagrados quiere favorecer diferentes tipos de ceremonias:

Ceremonia del Temazcal: Esta medicina, más que cualquier otra, ha marcado mi camino personal, y con muchísimo respeto y dedicación quiero compartir la experiencia.El Temazcal es una ceremonia de tradición de los indígenas nativo-americanos y de los mexicas. En Nahuatl (antiguo idioma de los mexicas), la palabra Temazcalli significa “casa de vapor”.Es una práctica que también existía en la antigua Mesopotámia, Turquía y Rusia. Ceremonia de Círculo de Mujeres: Facilitan los encuentros entre mujeres, para que puedan permitirse, sin juicio ni peligro de dejar hablar la voz interior, de expresar auténticamente lo que está viviendo y cómo se siente. Todas pueden encontrar apoyo, conforte o simplemente una presencia sólida en las otras mujeres del círculo. El círculo, que desde siempre es símbolo de igualdad y feminidad, nos deja aprender de otras mujeres, y enseñar a ellas. Nos refleja y nos ayuda a disolver memorias ancestrales. Las mujeres juntas ríen, hablan, lloran, cantan, bailan, crecen y se nutren.

Ceremonia de apertura y encerramiento del parto para mujeres embarazadas: El periodo del embarazo es un tiempo de Gracia y beatitud que las mujeres tienen el privilegio de vivir. En esta ceremonia se exalta lo sagrado de este momento, se permite al bebé llegar con todo el amor y conciencia que un nacimiento merece. Las embarazadas pueden compartir estas bendiciones con las mujeres del círculo, expresar sus emociones y recibir de ellas el empoderamiento, el apoyo y la contención que necesitan. Después, habrá la ceremonia de cierre energetico para que la mujer pueda recobrar su fuerza. Todo el ritual es llevado en plena celebración y alegría.

Círculos de rezos: Ceremonias que pueden ser realizadas en momentos especiales, que marcan cambios de ciclos, como las fases lunares, solsticios, equinoccios, los ciclos de la vida en que se quiere fortalecer una intención, como el nacimiento, la muerte, el casamiento, la entrada a la edad adulta o la ancianidad; o simplemente en momentos en que se necesita manifestar un cambio.
