Thanks to the experience gained over the years in electric system, on-board systems and use of the LED, it was possible for the department of Research and Development to create a new system able to ensure the security on the navigation lights.

Our Navigation Led Lights are able to send an alarm in two particularly cases:
1. When there is a short circuit;
2. When the Led loses brightness without shutting down.

➡️ FIXED STANDING
This technique allows to have your yacht name in a 3D version. The name remains in a vertical position thanks to specific supports machined from solid steel, and it can be seen entirely from both the inside of the ship and from the outside.

This procedure allows to insert the steel into the methacrylate and to create a frame of light around the letter. This makes the line even sharper and easy to read in the dark.

This technique allows the installation of the names on spacers machined from solid stainless steel and can be selected when accessibility from inside the hull is not guaranteed. The light effect will be even more diffused as the name is separated from the hull.

The machine is designed to be compact in size. The correct distribution of the cable on the reel on more vertical and horizontal turns allows the machine size optimization, gaining space on the technical area on board.

TEST PROCEDURE
All of our products undergo internal quality control and test procedures before each lamp is shipped. Our internal labs are indeed equipped with pressure tanks to test the lamps at 3 atmospheres.
Lastly, they are electronically calibrated for a plug and play installation.

4C Innovation Navigation LED lights do not require any additional devices for light control and alarm because electronics are embedded inside the light. On board, it only needs a system to manage the alarm generated by the light itself.

A true innovation because all the systems available in the market try to control the state of the lights by devices installed in the switchboard.
