XXI° EUROPEAN FLY FISHING CHAMPIONSHIP
From the 21st September to the 27th September 2015, the program will be embraced by the beautiful sceneries of the Dolomites of the Brenta and Adamello, from where the Sarca river is born. 4 contest fields along the river and one in the little Alpine lake Nembia, where European contesters coming from 20 different countries will be competing in the art of fly
fishing. It is a technique that requires high level of competence as well as sophisticated equipment, often handmade by the fisherman himself, who pays attention to the morphology of the insects naturally present in the vicinity of the water streams at a particular time. The technique requires the catch and immediate release of the prey, right after the judge verifies the length of the fish. XXI° CAMPIONATO EUROPEO DI PESCA CON LA MOSCA
In programma dal 21 al 27 settembre 2015, avrà come cornice quella delle Dolomiti di Brenta e dell’Adamello, da cui nasce il torrente Sarca. 4 campi gara lungo il fiume e uno nel laghetto alpino di Nembia, dove campioni provenienti da una ventina di paesi europei si sfideranno nell’arte della pesca a mosca. Una tecnica che richiede grande competenza oltre ad attrezzature sofisticate, spesso costruite dal pescatore stesso tenendo conto della morfologia degli insetti presenti in quel corso d’acqua ed in quel particolare momento, determinando una vera e propria simbiosi tra pescatore e ambiente nel massimo rispetto per la natura, dimostrato dal fatto che la tecnica prevede la cattura e l’immediato rilascio della preda, appena dopo la verifica della misura da parte del giudice. L’edizione precedente si è tenuta in Svezia.
