Cookies, cookies and more cookies!!! Who’s gotten their hands caught in the cookie jar the last couple pop up sales? I know I’m constantly swatting away small, thieving hands in my house! We’ll have another chance for you to grab your own at the Farmers Market on June 30th!
Our garden is literally bursting with herbs…Which got the creative juices flowing! Meet this beauty! Cheddar chive! I wish you could “scratch & Sniff” this picture. It is amazing!
She will make her debut at the EHT Farmers Market on 6/30!
It’s gardening season… that means our breads with herb inclusions cannot get any fresher!

I think we have mentioned that we started this sourdough journey as busy Moms that just wanted to give our families nutritional baked goods that we could feel good about!
Never in our wildest dreams would we have imagined that in 3 short months our business would be selling out weekly, have more than 600 followers and would have attracted the attention of so many locals that we now call friends!
We are humbled and thankful for each crazy turn that this journey has brought. As we approach the summer months we have some slight changes to dates for ordering and dates for pick up. Our children are finishing up the school year and have lots of exciting plans for the summer, including family vacations and a big wedding adventure! To make sure we are present for our families these changes are necessary for the summer months.
We ask that you stay tuned as we post these upcoming changes and keep an eye out for all of our exciting summer plans!

We have a few items left for this weeks Open Bake. These orders will be ready for picked up on Saturday, 6/15. The window to order will close tonight.
Chocolate chip cookies, sweet rolls and savory pinwheels are up for the taking! This will be our last bake until our appearance at the EHT farmers market on 6/30!
Over here at Hacked Bakers we are constantly trying to satisfy all of your tastebuds.
Our sweet rolls are one of our top sellers and most requested items, we’ve listened to your requests and your favorite flavor combos and so many inspirations have blossomed! A sister product to our sweet rolls are the savory version that we call pinwheels. This is only their second week making an appearance and you have already showed them love!
If you ever have a request or something you would like us to try out…dont be shy, just drop us a comment and we will do our best to work it out!!!
Our Thursday night weekly ordering will be posted again tomorrow around 5pm for Father’s Day Saturday pickup! As a reminder, this will be the last time to order in the month of June. The next time you will be able to grab your favorites will be Sunday, June 30 at the EHT Farmer’s Market.

We introduced a new flavor this week and it seems to be slow on the take. Perhaps it needs a little spotlight!
Dark Chocolate Cherry. Think of a croissant that has that beautiful chocolate swirl and then add a jammy note of cherry. Chocolate covered cherries were one of our favorite childhood memories and inspired this luscious loaf. If you have tried our double dark chocolate loaf, this is her sister
Loaf and we just know you will fall in love with her too!!!

Good morning! To switch things up - we posted our open bake last night to try and give some folks that work during our usual time a chance to grab some of their favorites!
For our loyal weekly followers that are used to placing orders bright and early Friday mornings- you are in luck. The open bake shop is still open with lots of items available. We have sweets like sourdough banana bread, strawberry sweet rolls and we have lots of sourdough breads like bacon and cheese, jalapeno and cheddar, rosemary parm, the popular trail mix and roasted garlic.
Ordering will remain open for a couple days. Grab your goodies - pick up for next Saturday!

We are so very thankful for each and every one of you that came out to our first farmers market! We had close to 250 items and sold out completely! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are truly loyal and we are truly grateful!
And now we need to go home and make bread for our families…since they didn’t get any! lol!

This Sunday at EHT’s first ever weekly farmers market (10-2 EHT Library) we will have over 50 loaves of sourdough to offer you! Some crowd favorites- classic, everything seasoning, seeded, jalapeno cheddar, 3 cheese, Mediterranean, rosemary parm, rye/white, honey wheat and much more!
If you know, you know…Jersey has the best STRAWBERRIES!!! And now is the time to grab them from your roadside stands!!! The season is short but the flavor is amazing! We were able to grab a few pints and they are so sweet!
This week at EHT’s first weekly farmers market (Sunday, 10-2 at the library) we will feature sourdough strawberry sweet rolls and the perfect sourdough pound cake to top with those Jersey berries!
Mark your calendar and stop out to get all of your sourdough specialty products!
For those of you that took the leap and fell head over heels in Love with our dark chocolate sourdough loaf…well, she has a sister and her name is dark chocolate orange sourdough.
Both of these decadent favorites will be featured at EHT’s first ever weekly farmers market starting this Sunday at the library 10-2!
Leading into market day we will feature some of the varieties and flavors of everything sourdough that we will be bringing to the market!

Good morning…you may be glued to your screens waiting for our open bake to go live this morning. We are so sorry to disappoint all of you, but we will not be posting a Sale this week. As busy Moms we decided to take this Mothers Day weekend off from baking and cherish some much needed time with our moms and our children.
If you placed an order during our last open bake- pick up is tomorrow between 10-11. Refer to your confirmation email for the address and details. If you have any questions please inbox us here on Facebook and we will get back to you shortly!

ANNOUNCEMENT!!! TAKE & BAKE SALE
To all of our sweet roll lovers! We kinda got a little carried away and maybe rolled way too many sweet rolls! Is that a thing? LOL!
We will be opening our link back up this afternoon for a special take and bake sweet roll only sale. These items will be available for Saturday pick up. Part of our sweet roll process involves a fresh "flash" freeze - this happens after the dough has been made and bulk fermented and rolled and filled. It is placed into the freezer for a quick cool down.
The rolls that we will be offering during this special sale will be picked up totally frozen with specific instructions on how to prepare them in your own oven - can you imagine the smell coming from your kitchen!!! 😋 This is your opportunity to fake your family out and take all of the credit for delicious, home bakes sourdough sweet rolls! LOL
