The teams present at the meeting agreed to pay a $1/week surcharge per bowler just for this season to help finance the purchase of a new lane oiler This makes the weekly bowling fee $26

Had our league organization meeting. We did not have quite enough bowlers for five man teams so it will be four man teams. The league voted to permanently cap the team size to a maximum of 4, so if the league grows in the future we will have more teams of 4 but will not jump to 5. For this year we are still looking to add more bowlers, so whether you have a full team, 2 or 3 guys who want to bowl together, or just an individual looking to join a team or even just sub--please sign up at King Pin or text or call 609-489-3998. We start the night after Labor Day at 6:30 p.m.

$25/week Bulk of team prize money for points - more points = more money - but also place money. Individual prizes for scratch high average, game, series and over average game, series

All scores pins vs. your own average -- no scratch scores - gives everyone an equal chance. Season divided into 6 week blocks. Joining each block optional. $60/block includes all games for 6 weeks. Must pay for full block but may make $10 weekly payments. More bowlers = higher payouts.

I got almost no response to my Facebook straw poll. But I have talked extensively to bowlers over the past several weeks about the complexities of league fees, prize money, and side games. I'm learning. The general consensus is to separate the side games from the regular league and make them optional. Most people would like to see the regular league fee set at $25/week so there is a decent prize fund. Still have two months to work out the kinks. Glad I started early. New bowlers are signing up. 🤞

Over the next 3 months everyone who is reading this please try to get the word out about the league to as many people as you can. We're trying to make this fun whether you're a novice or a pro or somewhere in between. We need both regular bowlers and subs.

It's 5 months until the fall bowling season starts but it's not too early to sign up for our new men's bowling league at King Pin. We're looking for bowlers of any skill level to bowl either as a regular member of a team or as a substitute. We've made a format that gives everybody a chance to compete with 90% handicap and a guarantee of 4 teams making the final. So come on, get off the couch on Tuesday nights! Have a night out with the guys, have fun, some friendly competition, and get a little exercise, too. King Pin hasn't set their prices for fall yet, but we're trying to keep the cost as close as we can to $20 a week per bowler, including the prize money. Let's have a big turnout and make this a really fun league!
