We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our community Learning Disability team.
Working shifts that afford a great work and life balance, you will be fully supported by a team lead and registered nurse.
You must be willing to train and develop as we offer a range of training opportunities, including RQF.
These roles may expose you to behaviours of concern, so a flexible and pragmatic approach is required, along with excellent communication skills.
We provide uniforms, work phone, paid travel, excellent pay rates (starting at £15.60) with unsocial hours payments and staff pensions and health cash back benefits coming soon!
