WellBeing World Creating a World of Difference
How was YOUR World WellBeing Week?
Hopefully it gave lots of inspiration and the chance to focus, for a moment, on YOUR health and happiness.
Now's our opportunity to keep it going …
What will YOU be doing to create a healthier, happier year ahead?
And it’s July … which means World WellBeing Week has come to a close for another year …
… HOWEVER … as you know, wellbeing isn’t something that happens for a day or a week and then it’s over.
We hope you enjoyed this year’s celebrations and that it gave you inspiration for the months ahead.
Make yourself a priority, explore options and opportunities, and connect with people who will support you, so you can support others.
We hope you find much happiness along the way.
World WellBeing Week it’s our LAST day today … so many people of all ages from all backgrounds in all countries celebrating wellbeing in the way which suits them the best.
What have YOU been doing today to make yourself and others smile?
And what will you continue to do when World WellBeing Week is over for this year?

World WellBeing Week Day 6 …
I’ve just spent a couple of very enjoyable hours going through some of the many hundreds of thousands of World WellBeing Week posts from people all over the world from Australia and New Zealand, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, the U.K., Channel Islands, America, and more.
It is wonderful to see everyone coming together to share their hints, tips and experiences of wellbeing. Thank you ALL.
Whatever you’re doing today Saturday, whether working, resting, travelling, or spending time with friends and family, I hope you have found a little time also for YOU!
I’m taking a moment to relax and enjoy the view … and look which cup I happened to take out of the cupboard!
Put Yourself First Dammit 😉❤️
Think it was a message for us all …

I’ve also now uploaded my recent Sub Postmaster article which appeared in Channel Eye yesterday (thank you) to the WellBeing World website.
Although my mum passed nearly 30 years ago, her integrity and compassion for others lives on and I am so proud to see her in our headlines. (I think she would smile whilst being a little shy ☺️).
After reading the article, a very close friend sent the following message. It brought a tear to my eye. She was indeed a diligent and caring person.
‘What a brilliant article Beverley.
And on a personal note I remember being at your house when your lovely mum was working late to balance her accounts.
I also remember being in the shop with you when your mum asked a customer if her neighbour was alright and would she check on her as the neighbour hadn’t collected her pension and your mum was concerned ❤️’
