We are here to facilitate the enhancement of the 8 dimensions of our well being; our first amazing project is supplying tablets and other electronics to students in need. Online Schooling is challenging, but it’s even harder for students without internet access/and devices. With this initiative, we are hoping to help wherever and however we can. Mental health is taking care of YOU
We are in charge of our own well-being. So find what works and improves your mental state, and practice that a little bit every day. Whether that is reading a book 📖 ,enjoying a beach 🏖 day, taking a hot bath with some candles and 🎶 , going to the gym etc. Make sure you’re taking time for you – You deserve it!
Mental Health sounds so negative and scary, and growing up we can all admit hearing those words one would immediately associate it with being “crazy”. Now as an adult having experienced LIFE, we now know that mental health is so very important. Mental health is taking care of YOU.
