I am wondering if the religious person/s who coined the phrase,
"for better, or WORSE" which is a a line from a marital vow which many of us took, was not thinking straight or was it intentional.!!??🤔😴

How did they come by this vow anyway? As far as I can see there is no instructional scripture on which this is based.

This is more of a curse than it is a blessing. Why couldn't you just stick with "for better" and good health!!!???

Yeah , yeah, you who love to embrace poverty, and the downside of life will be quick to tell me that "worse" and sickness will come, it is inevitable, and the whole suffering story...

Yet you are the same ones who teach and preach, "death and life are in the power of the tongue"👅, "therefore speak life." "Have a positive attitude," blah, blah, blah.

You always say to us, "some curses are self- inflicted."
"You were the one who spoke negatively over your own life, family, marriage," etcetera.
Then Mr Preacher, Pastor, Marriage Officer, Why did you bring us under such curse? "SICKNESS AND WORSE!"
Since death and life are in the power of the 👅 tongue (mouth) Why did you not let us say, GOOD HEALTH, AND BETTER???? Godliness, bright and beautiful things?
If you thinks words don't carry weight, check the blessings and cursings uttered by parents and prophets in the Bible, especially the Old Testament.

Well, I renounce and denounce that part, you can keep the worse, sickness and worst , I DO NOT WANT THEM.
Show me where the Bible teaches that we should embrace these things. Show me the principle of speaking and endorsement of bad.😫😨😩

No wonder some marriages fail, ah so so "WORSE" hit dem.

Happy Mother's Day!

I hear many believers in Christ, today say this; " I am only going where I am celebrated." (speaking of ministry and service) " I am only going where I am loved."
"I am only loving those who love me."
Well, as far as I see, these are passions of self-seeking gratification.
I have never seen where Jesus says, go and they will celebrate you, or love you, and you must only love those who love.
St Matthew chapter10 especially
Verse16 onwards give clear directives.
St Luke 6: 26-36

Faithfulness of the early apostles
Acts 1 : 15- 22

Every true servant of the Lord Jesus Christ knows that the above statements are flawed and are not recommended in the word of God concerning those who are called and sent.

So I may safely say anyone who is seeking to be celebrated should probably go to Hollywood and other prominent places of stardom and popularity. Or the Selfish Servants Club.
Not in the kingdom of God.

In the same breath we ALL can administer the "Lord's Supper" (Last Supper) to our families who are believers at home.

Before you die seek the Lord! that means to repent of your sin, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savoiur and start and maintain a right relationship with him.

If you do not do this before you die, after you have died it CANNOT be done.
Whatever state you die in, saved or sinner that's how you enter into eternity.
Don't be fooled by lying preachers who tell you otherwise.

Hear what the word of God says:

"For in death there is no rememberance of Thee
In the grave who shall give Thee thanks?"

"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

St Matthew 25: 46

As believers in the Lord Jesus Christ we reflect in this season, on his death, burial and resurrection.
We are NOT mourning a loss, neither are we nailing him to a cross again. In fact we are commemorating His death and burial, and celebrating his triumphant RESURRECTION.
It was for lost humanity that He gave his life.(redemption, salvation, justification, regeneration, purification)

He bore the wounding, the bruising and our sorrow so that
We could be:
Forgiven
Saved
Healed.

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit."

If Christ made you free no man can Condemn you!
