Describe your role briefly:

I support Materials Management and Vendor Portal systems in hotel environments, provide system demos for prospective clients, and handle installation, implementation, training, and project management. I enhance customer experience through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth system performance. Additionally, I provide comprehensive training for new employees and customers.

🎓Advice for fresh graduates:

1. Ask your working friends and connections (especially your college colleagues) how they found their first job after graduation so you can benefit from their experience.

2. Use different online job platforms to find a suitable job (such as LinkedIn).

3. Determine the field that you want to be involved in and try to take some courses related to it. Even if you don’t find a job related to those courses, it will give a good impression of you.

4. Don’t be afraid to explore different paths if you find a good opportunity. It’s always nice to have a new adventure and new challenges!

5. Be genuine and be yourself during interviews.

🎉Fun fact about yourself: Whenever I'm in a good mood, I start to sing. My colleague jokingly always warns that he'll prepare a list of reasons why Wesam should be kicked out of Sky.

“As a software engineer, my role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design software architecture, write efficient and scalable code, thorough conduct testing, and deploy robust applications. Additionally, I actively participate in troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies are integral aspects of my role, enabling me to adapt to evolving industry trends and deliver innovative software solutions that effectively meet the needs of users.”

His advice for fresh grads? 🎓

“For fresh graduates in Information Technology: prioritize ongoing education and skill development through relevant courses. Stay updated with market demands by following emerging technologies. “In my daily routine, I cheerfully ask my coworkers, “Are you happy?” It’s a playful habit that never fails to elicit smiles. It’s a lighthearted pursuit that adds a touch of joy to our workplace interactions.”
