Hi everyone! With the influx of inquiries and orders recently, I’d like to share info on the ordering process. I try my best to complete orders as I receive them within the turnaround time. Please be patient as I search for requested fabrics, prep them, and sew them to your specifications. Summer travels are approaching and family passports wallets are currently in demand. It is highly recommended that orders be requested as early as possible.

With that said, I am taking a short break to recuperate and re-center myself again. I will also take this time to restock on my materials (your requests at this time is much appreciated! ✨Yaeyama Minsah: The Textile of Love✨
These traditional Okinawa designs of the alternating 5 (“itsu”) and 4 (“yon”) squares symbolize happiness together that lasts forever (“Itsu no Yo mo”). Women used to weave these patterns and gift them to their boyfriends or fiancées in hopes they’d come back to see them soon again.
What a sweet, symbolic gesture!
