-Hand full any kinds of Mushroom
-2 potatoes
-1 cucumber
-300g beef round
-any kind of herbs
(mints,chives,cilantro, etc…)
-1/4 apple
-3tbs olive oil
-2tbs soy sauce
-2tbs salt
-1tbs lemon/lime/Sudachi juice
-1tbs vinegar
-1 clove garlic
-1tbs miso
-1tsp black pepper
-2tsp honey
-mayonnaise

Super typhoon is coming here.
I show you some of my emergency food.
-Coco curry & rice (plate is unnecessary)
-30 kinds of veggies’ juice
-Azuki paste sweets
-Canned 2 pieces of fluffy bread(egg free)
You can stock them for 5 years.
Nowadays, many Japanese food company develop these food because we have so many natural disasters. Could be a must-buy souvenirs next time you travel here.
