Just a reminder, its of great essence to physically accompany your spouse to all the 4 antenatal clinic visits and if possible your presence during delivery is one big time plus to your marriage life.

'Darkness' in this context is the moments where most men are in today and they are waiting probably for someone to shed some light on pregnancy issues or majority them simply ignore and choose to rely on their spouses to carry on with pregnancy unknowingly. As a young Father always know that when your spouse is pregnant there are a plethora of physical changes that will manifest as time goes by, now another key element apart from love is PATIENCE. This is of essence right from conception to delivery... Be patient with her and accept her as she is (even when she becomes edematous during pregnancy).
