The meal comprises: Brown Ugali ( millet flour), Creamy Managu greens & Wet fry matumbo (intestines).
This is in appreciation to all the dads out here who keep on working tirelessly and loving us unconditionally.
The meal is prepared with minimalistic ingredients and the spices I only used were Royco mchuzi, tomato paste and two beef cubes.
It's a homely meal that encompasses a balanced diet, simplicity and brings out a flavourful taste!
