For those managing diabetes and hypertension in their lives...Don't be exploited mostly on your salt intake in the name of sea salt, and bla....bla...that they are the best for your health. Just use the normal household brands like the Ken salt. Am not advertising for anyone here but am concerned on the exploitation of these patients out of their ignorance. Let's major of the right daily intake and reduce the amount where necessary. Sometimes you may find an hypertensive patient presenting with hyponatremia...you can't continue restricting salt to this patient.

Hello everyone.. Have you checked on your consumption of fats, sugar and salt today? This additives entices so much but finally they bite like no one's business. Take care.
Don't add salt to your food at the dining table, don't take too much sugar...you can do without, don't consume a lot of fats..in fact use little oil in your diet.
