Our Deputy Governor is a Reverend & a man of God. We all don't know why Kawira Mwangaza who happens to be a Bishop appointed him.
Today, the DG is complaining because he not being involved in any county function & Kawira isn't inviting him to any Cabinet meeting. He says his employees including his P.A have been fired by the Bishop.
First, I will tell the good man of God to welcome to KENYAN POLITICS. He should be emulating his Boss who plays rough politics in the name of Jesus. Bwana DG, you calling a press conference with only local station was a wrong move, you have powers to call all the big media stations of this country & address the nation.
Secondly, Bwana DG, if I were you I would call the Siaya DG who was about to be impeached but instead survived to learn a thing or two. Again, if I were you I would confirm the corruption allegations against the good Bishop to be true for her to now deal with it.
Lastly, in politics & when in power you don't/never play safe go hard bwana DG. Appoint experienced lawyers/political analysts as you PAs stop depending only on and so much on village elders.
I supported Dr.Kilemi Mwiria because I subscribe to his school of thought & believed he meant well and everyone knows he’s a performer.
At first, his candidature excited so many people because Mutunga had not delivered to their expectations in his first term.
Mutunga had experience with Tigania West voters, he was aware of what these voters exactly want: (handouts).
Kilemi played a very safe politics & was avoiding the handouts politics. Mutunga knew that & took advantage of KILEMI’S weakness. He came with a lot of money that nobody knew where it was coming from.
The day I came into terms that we were losing that seat was when Mutunga had a rally in Miathene and Kilemi had two rallies one in Maanthi & another one in Antubeiga. In these two places, we met very few people because everyone had gone to Mutunga’s rally.
On Election Day, Mutunga’s team were all over bribing voters while KILEMI’S team was busy taking pics. I was not surprised when Mutunga beat us with a very big margin.
In 2013, Uhuru won because people believed he was the right person to end corruption since he came from an extremely wealthy family. We went ahead to losing 2B daily.
I supported & campaigned for Kiraitu & Ntuchiu because I believed this two had delivered & deserved a second term. I also believed they were most qualified candidates.
How Kawira Mwangaza beat us is something I have never understood.
