SELf Love anyone?

Self care is a social emotional skill (SEL) that needs to be taught to our little ones!

Personally when I had my first child, I never used to prioritise myself but I have learnt to better unpack my motherhood load and take care of myself and so I want my kids especially my daughter to know that she can put herself first when she is older despite all the roles she feels she has to play.

Little tip for all you new and veteran mums: the keep, delegate and eliminate activity. If you find things overwhelming- use it and ask yourself: what can I keep, what can I delegate and what can I eleiminate.. and remember self-care is one to keep!
