Sheikh Khalifa Secondary School had an outstanding performance in the MSETO ball games 2024 edition, winning both the Football U17 and Basketball U19 championships. Dedication, teamwork, and skill of the athletes, as well as the support and guidance from the teachers (Mr. Hamoud Mbarak, Mr. Ali Mwanzia and Mr. Mohamed Kazi) doubling up as coaching staff contributed to this success. We celebrate these victories and the hard work that went into achieving them. Well done to all the teams from Sheikh Khalifa School!

Under the guidance of the Safety and Security Officer, Mr. Khamis, who is also a trained firefighter, Grade 8B had a practical session on fire safety and response. This initiative not only equipped students with essential life skills but also underscored the importance of preparedness in emergency situations - prioritizing safety and fostering a culture of responsibility.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Whenever Muslims plant a tree, they will earn the reward of charity because of the food that comes from it; and likewise what is stolen from it, what the wild beasts eat out of it, what the birds eat out of it, and what people take from it is charity for them.”
By planting trees (passion, banana and guava) and watering them, Sheikh Khalifa Form 4G not only contributed to the beauty of the surroundings but also followed the Prophet's guidance on earning rewards through acts of charity. Moreover, their efforts in picking up litter and cleaning animal shelters, such as poultry, showcase a holistic approach to environmental stewardship.
Connecting these activities to the IRE topic “Importance of Caring for Plants and Animals” reflects a hands-on application of the teachings while fostering a sense of responsibility and compassion among the students.

We held our annual Sheikh Khalifa Secondary Maths Contest where 12 schools turned up. Unlocking the "power of numbers" to elevate excellence in Mathematics.

Form one girls(boarders) out on a tour to help them get acquainted with the city. It was a fantastic opportunity to bond with fellow boarding students, discover the city's charm and gain practical knowledge about their new surroundings. We look forward to creating unforgettable memories together!

Sheikh Khalifa students Abdalla Issa Timami and Ayub A. Abdalla were invited for the YSK BOOT CAMP at CEMASTEA center in Nairobi from 14th August 2023 to 19th August 2023 where they were taken through the process of project actualisation and making project dreams come true. They were also taken to various organisations which have interest in their projects including the United Nations and OLX under the patronage of Mr. Karisa.

Today we held our release of results for Form 1, 2, and 3 classes.
