Many of your colleagues who ascribed to the deep state machinations have refused to be used and threatened to resign. Mr Gabow, Acting IG, DO NOT succumb to undue pressure to sabotage, coerce or cajole the Judiciary and especially the Supreme Court as it renders the most consequential judgement in Kenya’s election history.

You must rise above the partisan and sectarian interests of evil forces within an outgoing Administration seeking to upset the constitutional order. Don’t accept and execute illegal orders. You must demand that any such orders be in WRITING; for in this transition period, you’ll be used and left to deal with the consequences individually.

Do not accept the orders to initiate unjustified transfers of police heads, including those in charge at the Judiciary now.

Gabow must live up to the Oath of office he took and vow to protect people and their property. The chaos and orchestrated violence witnessed at Bomas National Tallying Centre where IEBC officials and staff were being violently beaten as uniformed police spectated should be a reminder to Gabow about the magnitude of the sensitive task ahead of him.

Kenyans and the International Community are closely watching the developments in the police service at this time and condemn any vile attempts to intimidate or bastardize Independent Institutions, especially the Judiciary.

I humbly remind Gabow that any criminal culpability rests on an individual.
