From our first class trainee shared the Loaf with friends n family n got a bread order.so she made the order after our class ended (all on her own) and the results came out so well.1st class assignment 👏 😀 done 💯

Day 1 of March beginners class.we started off with introduction to yeast products. We learned

3.Fried donuts
We glazed the donuts with chocolate and sprinkles.Texture of all products were all spongy,airy n light.We baked in the old fashioned mawe tatu method which is ideal for our trainee as she is yet to buy an oven.
Our classes are very adaptable and tailor-made to suit your situation and needs.Not having an oven isn't a limitation to your baking.we were happy with the result and looking forward to next day...As always trainee carried home baked goodies to enjoy with family
