"We could hear the roaring before we found them. What could it be, that two male lions are roaring at 8AM on a cloudy morning? Following the sound of their roars, we came across two male lions that were clearly out of sorts. Our guide felt that there had been some other male lions in the area that had come into their territory, and they were reasserting their dominance. The cloudy, stormy weather, and the intensity of the roars, really brought together the conditions for an impactful scene."

By conserving wildlife, we're ensuring that future generations can enjoy our natural world and the incredible species that live within it. “ This was , simply put, the most incredible, high-quality travel experience I have ever had. If you are trying to decide where to book, run, don't walk. 🙂 The tents were beautiful, a perfect balance of simple and luxurious. We had a lovely king size bed, warm showers, everything was sparkling clean. The location was amazing, you can hear the hippos rustling in the river below at night. The dining experience is wonderful. Each night we'd have drinks by a roaring outdoor fire to get our evening relaxation started- such a cozy, luxurious way to wind down a day. We have some complicated dietary restrictions and the staff was incredibly kind in accommodating us and every day produced delicious multi-course meals that worked with our dietary requirements.
The most special thing about this experience was the wonderful staff of the camp- Hepi, Nicholas, Brian, Lillian, and Anthony to name just a few, who made us feel like family. I cannot believe how wonderful this stay and experience were and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you Enaidura camp!”

Not far from our camp I found the fresh spoor prints of a lioness ,she seems to have babies hidden close to our camp (definitely new arrivals) but interestingly the giraffes were all there watching down into the bushes as the females that lost twins struggle to overcome the pain,in the meantime the father of the soon to be introduced babies admires the open plains of the Mara ... Adventure continues...
