Britam's Hackathon sparks innovation in the fight against money laundering. The Second-Runner-Up team, led by RuthClaire Mugambi developed the Risk-Based Due Diligence Optimization Tool (RBDOT), an AI-driven solution designed to enhance due diligence and improve risk management.

As Britam champions employee-driven innovation, tools like RBDOT show the potential of in-house talent to tackle some of today’s most critical industry challenges.
