Today we did our first session: an introduction to leadership with our Nairobi class. The emphasis was the need for each one to discover an area they are passionate enough about that would drive their desire for self development so they can have maximum impact in. Jking Ngare
With the lead students in Diani, we wrap up our first phase of train today. We appreciate this collaboration with Word of Life Kenya
For us to succeed in life we must find out what motivates us and how to increase it as it will promote attitude and behavior change and our own growth and development.
Day 2 feeling motivated.
Developing the Leader Within You will teach you how to become a true, successful leader. It explores the major principles, habits and core values of leadership. Through it, you will get to understand that leadership is influence - not power nor authority.
