6. Referrals for specialized treatment

Launching ROLIG Children Wellness Program.
Giakanja Primary School, Nyeri.

Mrs Eunice Ndiki, the principal, received ROLIG Foundation and Ndoto Zetu representatives for the official handover of desks and chairs donated by Safaricom Foundation .

Safaricom Foundation’s Ndoto Zetu reaffirmed their commitment to help upgrade the school, in line with the proposal to partner with ROLIG Foundation in upgrading schools in beneficiary towns.

ROLIG Foundation also disbursed sanitary pads courtesy of ZanaAfrica Nia

In our commitment to provide quality and wholesome medical and social care services, ROLIG Foundation is pleased to introduce two new programs.

1. ROLIG CHILDREN WELLNESS PROGRAM
Under this program, ROLIG will partner with organizations to focus on children in their beneficiary regions. This project will include initiatives such as upgrading their primary schools, lunch feeding programs, menstrual health drives, etc.

2. ROLIG GLOBAL MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS (GMHA)
In this program, ROLIG and its subsidiaries will commit to Global Mental Health Awareness (GMHA) campaigns to address the burden of disease.

More on these programs will be shared on future posts and on our website.

Tomorrow we will be at Giakanja Primary School, Nyeri, for a school charity drive from 10am.

ROLIG FEEDING PROGRAM

Through this program, ROLIG Foundation gives food packages to the beneficiaries of our services.

ROLIG MEDISUPPLY

Providing medicare to the elderly is one of ROLIG Foundation's core programs. Consultation by qualified medics is provided and medication is prescribed and given at no charge.

Nyeri County has a high number of High Blood Pressure and Diabetes cases, and these remain a core focus. Cancer screening is also provided.

4/4 Volunteers

The success of our missions rely and depend heavily on volunteers. We are grateful to have a team that gave selflessly to make the Medical Camp on 23rd March 2022 a success.

We were able to attend to over 100 patients.

3/4 Medical Camp

Volunteers from MEMA Doctors and Outspan Medical College, served as our medics for the day during the Medical Camp at Wamagana Catholic Church, Nyeri on 23rd March 2022.

2/4 County Government and Ministry of Health

The Nyeri County Government , Nyumba Kumi and Nyeri were material in the success of our first Mobile Medical Camp with the help of volunteers from MEMA Doctors, Rolig Volunteers and Outspan Medical College Nyeri, at Wamagana Catholic Church, Nyeri.

We were able to attend to over 100 patients.

On the 23rd of March, ROLIG Foundation hosted our first Mobile Medical Camp with the help of volunteers from MEMA Doctors, Rolig Volunteers and Outspan Medical College Nyeri, at Wamagana Catholic Church, Nyeri.

We appreciate all who made the day a success. We were able to attend to over 100 patients.
