Based on the recently released World Air Quality Report 2022 by IQAir, the Philippines' air pollution has eased significantly compared to previous years. However, our air quality is still three times higher than what is deemed safe by the World Health Organization (WHO).

By fully enforcing the Clean Air Act, which mandates the use of cleaner fuels and all industries and vehicles to adhere to emission standards, among other things, we can further improve our air quality and reduce pollution to a level that is safe for everyone and safe for the future generations.

Let us continue to work together to protect our environment and our health by creating a cleaner Philippines.

To***co Cessation Clinic inaugurated at the Long Mountain Hospital

A To***co Cessation Clinic set up at the Long Mountain Hospital was inaugurated, this morning, by the Minister of Health and Wellness, Dr Kailesh Kumar Singh Jagutpal.
Other eminent personalities including the Minister of Energy and Public Utilities, Mr Georges Pierre Lesjongard; the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative in Mauritius, Dr Anne Marie Ancia; and Members of Parliament, Mrs Subhasnee Luchmun Roy and Mrs Marie Joanne Sabrina Tour, were also present.

In a statement, Dr Jagutpal deplored that there is an alarming high number of smokers among the population which represents 15%, among whom most are men who are from the age group of 24 to 34 years. He further indicated that the sale of ci******es amounted to more than 1.1 billion units in 2022.

He warned that cigarette smoking has devastating impacts on health, including high risks of suffering from Non-communicable diseases and diverse forms of cancers. According to him, this alarming trend will result in a disease burden for the country in the next few years and may overstrain our health services.

The Health Minister further emphasised that in line with Government’s objective of providing all the necessary health facilities and services to nurture a healthy population, the To***co Cessation Clinic will encourage to***co users to kick their addiction.

Minister Jagutpal informed that the treatment offered by the To***co Cessation Clinic includes psychological support, medication and counselling to address the to***co addiction of the patient.

Furthermore, the Health Minister recalled that the National Action Plan for To***co Control devised in 2021 caters for a number of strategies to curb to***co smoking. Two key measures, he added, include the introduction of plain to***co packaging as from May 2023 and no new to***co-vending licenses are being issued to retailers located within a perimeter of 200 metres around educational i

Run away from women with tattoos.

If you want to live a peaceful life, avoid them.

If you observe keenly, women with tattoos have rebelled against their husbands, or are chaotic or crooked.

Most of these women are also fatherless or come from messed-up families where morals and values are absent.

The skin of a woman portrays her femininity and fertility, therefore a feminine woman respects her skin.

When a woman pierces her skin or tattoos her skin, she doesn't value her femininity.

She has an ugly view of herself and her soul.

Since she doesn't respect her femininity, she doesn't respect her fertility.

Therefore, she doesn't respect her sexuality.

She then ends up with every Dick, Dickson and Di****ad. She will eventually start sleeping with other women or buy a d***o to satisfy her numb sexuality.

She consequently ends up having a high body count like the valence of sulphur.

She will burn you and corrode your p***s.

She is synonymous with sulphuric acid.

Legs, ankles and malleolus.

When a woman becomes pregnant, several changes happen in her body.

Most of these changes are due to hormonal activities.

One of the hormone that is active during pregnancy is called 'the relaxin' hormone.

This hormone relaxes the joints and ligaments in the pelvis making the pelvis loose in preparation for childbirth.

Relaxin hormone goes beyond the pelvis, it relaxes the ligaments of the feet and hence the foot becomes longer with shorter arches.

When the pregnancy ends or after an abortion, the ligaments become tougher because of the shortened arches. The bones of the ankle become prominent and hard.

Also, semen contains some traces of the relaxin hormone. A woman who sleeps with every man has hardened feet ligaments with elongated bony prominence.

A virgin or a woman with less body count who has never conceived has soft legs with very minimal bony prominence of her malleolus.

Critically analyze her feet.

Tomato = Heart
Just like the heart, a tomato is also red, but the similarity doesn't end there. The structure of a tomato, with four chambers inside, also resembles the heart. As for the benefits, tomatoes are a rich source of lycopene, an antioxidant that reduces the risk of heart disease.
