MARINATION PROCESS AT HOME
Ingredients for 1kg meat
1.Tumeric ½tbspn
2.Cumin powder ½tbspn
3.Chilli powder ½tbspn
4.Salt ½tbspn
5.Ginger and garlic paste ½tbspn
Directions
✓Cut meat in your preferred size and put in a clean bowl
✓Add in the ingredients one by one
✓Mix them well for some seconds
✓Cover and set aside for 30-60 minutes
✓Or also freeze for 30-40 minutes
✓After your timing your meat is ready to prepare

HOW TO PREPARE BREAKFAST CREPES
Ingredients
1.Eggs 3
2.Milk 1½cup
3.Vanilla essence ½tspn
4.All-purpose flour 1½cup
5.Sugar 3-5 tbspn
6.Margarine 3tbspn
7.Melted peanut butter 1tbspn
8Sliced bananas 2
Directions
✓In a clean bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, sugar and melted margarine.
✓Grease a pan on medium heat with margarine.
✓Add ¼ cup of the batter into the center of the pan and then swirl around.
✓Cook for 45 seconds on each side and then fold it into half and then into quarters.
✓Repeat all the steps to the remaining batter
✓Serve with a drizzle of peanut butter and bananas.

HOW TO PREPARE FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients
1.Large eggs 2
2.Slices of bread 4
3.Margarine 4tbspn
4 Pinch of salt
Directions
✓In a clean bowl, whisk together egg, milk and salt.
✓Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture and turn to coat both sides.
✓In a medium heat..heat 1 tbspn of margarine in a pan and place the bread on it.
✓Cook for 1 minute on each side or until browned.
✓Serve with a drizzle of peanut butter or banana's

HOW TO PREPARE SUKUMA WIKI
Ingredients
1. sukuma wiki 2bunches
2.chopped onion 1
3.chopped tomatoes 2
4.cooking oil 3-4 tbspn
5.Salt to taste
6.Royco cubes or curry powder(optional)
Directions
✓Wash the sukuma wiki and cut into thin shreds and place aside
✓Heat the cooking pan and add oil, then add onions and cook until golden brown.
✓Add tomatoes and cover for 2 minutes until the tomatoes are soft then stir.
✓Add sukuma wiki,salt to taste and royco cubes/curry powder if you do.
✓Stir again to mix and cover for 3 minutes.
✓Check the seasoning and serve with ugali.

HOW TO PREPARE K.D.F AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Plain flour 3cups
2.Salt ¼tspn
3.Baking powder 1tspn
4.Margarine 3tbspn
5.Sugar 3-5 tbsp
6.Eggs 3
7.Milk ½cup
8.Cooking oil
Directions
✓Sieve the plain flour and salt and then add baking powder and set aside
✓In a large bowl, beat together margarine and sugar until creamy.
✓Mix in one egg at a time followed by milk
✓Add the flour mixture into this and knead into a soft dough.
✓Let it rest for 30 minutes.
✓After your 30minutes timing pull out a portion of the dough and roll out to a thickness of ½ inch.
✓Using a pizza cutter or knife cut out small portions of the dough in small rectangles.
✓Deep fry in hot oil for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
✓Serve while at room temperature as a snack or with some hot beverage

1.Chopped french beans 2cups
2. Boiled meat 250g
3.Tomatoes 2

Directions
✓In a cooking pan add in cooking oil and onions then fry till golden brown
✓Add in tomatoes, carrots and let them cook for some minutes dhen add beef salt to taste and cover to let them mix-up well
✓After some minutes mix them once more and add in french beans mix up well and add half cup of water,cover and let them cook for 3minutes
✓Garnish with coriander off flame and mix slowly
✓Check the seasoning and serve with your favorite dish

HOW TO PREPARE MEAT BALLS AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Minced meat ½kg
2.Very small chopped onion 1
3. Finely chopped coriander 1bunch
4.Garlic ginger paste 1tbspn
5.Pepper 1tbspn
6.Salt to taste
Directions
✓In a clean bowl put in the minced meat
✓Add all the other ingredients one by one
✓Now mix them very well
✓When it's well mixed now you can prepare the balls
✓Take the amount of mixed minced meat that will be a good size for you and press it together to make balls
✓Press it well until it's completely compact
Note:You can store in the freezer to prepare in future
✓Now in a frying pan pour in some cooking oil and place it in a medium heat
✓Deep fry in a medium heat for about 5-7minutes each side until they are brown cooked on both sides
✓Let them cool and serve warm or at room temperature as a snack or with your favorite sause

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN STEW
Ingredients
1.Whole chicken (broilers)
2.Finely chopped onion 1
3.Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn
4.Chopped green hoho 1
5.Finely sized tomatoes
6.Cooking oil 3tbspn
7.Dhania 1bunch
8.Salt to taste
Directions
✓Cut the chicken to pieces of your size and set aside
✓In a cooking pan add in cooking oil,onions and fry in a medium heat
✓When about to turn colour add in ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown
✓Now add the chicken, mix well and add salt to taste dhen cover it to boil untill it drys up
✓When all soup drys up add in tomatoes and hoho mix up well and cover to cook for some seconds in a high heat
✓When tomatoes and hoho are well cooked add 1cup of warm water a pinch of salt, stir abeat and cover it to boil for 1-2minutes
✓Finally add dhania mix up and keep off the heat
✓Now your chicken stew is ready, serve whith your favorite dish

1.Garlic powder 1tspn
2.Fresh garlic 3cloves
3.Lemon juice from 1 lemon

HOW TO MAKE BEEF SAMOSA'S
Ingredients
1.All purpose flour 2½ cups (½for rolling and binding)
2.Cooked minced meat 400g
3.Salt to taste
4.Cooking oil 1litter
5. Lemons 2
6.Sliced bulb onion 1
7.Choped spring onion's
8.Choped coriander leaves (handfull)
9.Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn
10.Paprika 1tspn
11.Garam masala 1tspn
12.Cardamom powder 1tspn
Directions
Pocket dough
✓In a clean bowl put in 2cups of flour,add a pinch of salt, squeeze 1 lemon into this mixture and mix well.
✓Adding water little by little mix until the dough is formed
✓Add 2tbspn of oil and knead for a minute and cover with a clean kitchen towel and set aside
Filling
✓In a sufuria pour in 3tbspn of oil when abeat hot,add in onions,when they are about to turn colour add garlic paste and fry till golden brown
✓Put in the drained minced neat and mix them well with the onions
✓Add paprika,garam masala, cardamom powder and salt to test,stir slowly until they are well mixed
✓Squeeze in the lemon and give a quick mix
✓Now add coriander leaves dhen set aside to cool
Samosa pockets
✓Divide the dough into small pieces for medium size samosas
✓Start rolling out your dough into small circles apply about 1tbspn of oil sprinkle some flour and put another circle on top of this forming a sandwich and put aside you can out up to 3 circles
✓Do this to all the remaining balls
✓Start rolling out the sandwiched pieces into one round circle,making sure it's thin enough
✓Heat your pan,on low heat place your circle rolled dough on the pan and let it dry but don't cook it through
✓Carefully separate the circles and cut them into quarters
✓Make bonding glue with 4-6tbspn of flour and water
✓Fold them into conical shape and seal with butter
✓Add in the fillings and seal properly forming a triangular shape
✓Heat the frying oil but not too hot and start frying your samosa's till golden brown on both sides
✓And your samosa are ready
SIMPLE ICING FOR CAKE AND CUPCAKES DECORATIONS AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Icing sugar 400g
2.Egg white 2
3.Food colour of your choice
Directions
✓In a clean bowl put in the egg whites and beat them to mix up well
✓Now add icing sugar gradually while mixing until you get a thick paste of icing
✓Divide in another bowl,add food colour and mix up to get the color you want
✓Apply to the cake and use icing bag,or icing set to make decorations

HOW TO PREPARE SPAGHETTI AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Spaghetti 300g
3.Minced meat ¼-½kg
3.Finely chopped onion 1
4.Finely chopped garlic 1tbspn
5.Chopped tomatoes 3
6.Chopped green hoho 1
7.Black pepper 1tspn(optional)
8.Garam masala ½tspn(optional)
9.Tomato paste2tbspn(optional)
10.Handful of coriander
Directions
1.In boiling pot bring water to a boil add in 1tbspn of cooking oil and salt to taste
2.Add spaghetti and boil for 8-10minutes
3.After your 10minutes timing now drain off all the water and rince the spaghetti with cold water
4.In a cooking pan add 3tbspn of oil and add the garlic dhen fry for few seconds
5.When about to turn colour add onion and cook on a medium heat for a minute
6.Now add minced meat and cook for 5-8minutes
7.Add in tomatoes and green hoho and mix well in a high heat
8.Add black pepper,garam masala, tomato paste and a pinch of salt and cook for a few seconds
9.Add ½-1cup of warm water and stir it well dhen cook for 3-5minutes
9.Now add the boiled spaghetti and mix well on a low heat
10 Finally garnish with coriander and mix off flame

Secrets of soft chapatis
1.Warm water
✓Always use warm water when making your chapati dough
2.Kneading
✓Very important..make a soft dough because when your dough is too tough you will get hard chapatis
✓And also don't make it too wet
✓And also make sure you cover the dough and let it settle for atleast 20minutes
3.Rolling
✓You can also get lost at this point
✓So it's good you roll your chapati evenly so that some parts to be thin because it will make your chapatis harder
4.Heat
✓Cook in a medium heat because too much heat will burn the chapatis before they cook
✓Low heat will make your chapatis cook longer making them harder
When you follow these steps well i guarantee you soft chapatis all time you prepare chapatis.

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN PILAU
Ingredients
1.Chicken ½kg
2.Cooking oil 5tbspn
3.Large onion 1 (sliced)
4.Crushed ginger 1tspn
5.Crushed garlic 1tspn
6.Cinamon stick's 3 (to boil meat)
7.Green hoho 1 (finely chopped)
8.Large potatoes 3 (cut into ¼) optional
9.Pilau masala 2tbspn
10.Large tomato 3(sliced)
11.Tomato paste 3tbspn
12.Tumeric powder ½tspn
13.Rice 2cups(the ¼cup)
Procedure
✓In in pot add washed chicken,water,cinnamon sticks and salt to taste and let it boil till soft
✓Drain the soup about 1cup take out the cinamon sticks and set the chicken and soup aside
✓In a medium large pot add cooking oil and let the oil heat up then add sliced onion and fry until it's about to turn colour
✓Add ginger and garlic dhen stir
✓Add hoho and potatoes and cook for few seconds
✓Dhen add tomatoes stir well for about 5seconds
✓Add boiled chicken and tomato paste mix abeat, add a pinch of salt,tumeric powder and pilau masala dhen mix well and cook for about 2minutes
✓Add the washed rice mix up slowly dhen add 1cup of the chicken soup and 4cups of warm water(depending on the type of rice used)stir it and cover
✓Let the pilau cook in a medium heat till the soup starts to dry up
✓When the soup is about to dry up mix the pilau slowly and cover once more and let the soup dry completely in a low flame to avoid pilau to stick at the bottom
✓Add your chicken pilau is ready
✓Serve it with kachumbari and a banana aside and enjoy your delicious chicken pilau.

1.Spaghetti 200g
2.Sausages 5
3.Finely chopped tomatoes 2

8.Tomato paste 1tbspn (optional)
9.Salt to taste

Directions
✓In a frying pan pour in 3-5 tbspn of cooking oil and place in a medium heat
✓Now fry your sausages until golden brown all round
✓Place them aside for a minute to cool and dhen cut each sausage in three equal sizes and set them aside
✓Take your spaghetti and break them into two dhen pass them through each piece of sausage
✓Place them in a boiling water without adding salt or oil because the sausages contain oil and salt,so you may mess up
✓Cover them and cook for 8-10minutes in a medium heat
✓After your 10minutes cooking time drain off all the water and rince them with cold water and set aside
✓In a cooking pan add 3tbspn of cooking oil and add the onion and fry for few seconds
✓When about to turn colour add the garlic paste and fry till golden brown
✓Add in tomatoes and mix well in a high heat
✓Add garam masala,curry powder,tomato paste and cook for a few seconds
✓Add ¼-½ cup of warm water and stir it well dhen cook for 30seconds
✓Now add the boiled "spaghetti in sausages" and mix slowly on a low heat and let it cook for some minutes until mixed up throughly and soup drys up
✓Garnish with dhania off flame and mix slowly
✓Serve hot and enjoy

12 to 15 scones
Ingredients
1.All purpose flour 2cups
2.Instant dry yeast 1tbspn
3.Margarine 3tbspn
4.Sugar 3tbspn or more according to your test
5.Salt 1tspn
6.Milk (optional)
Directions
✓In a clean bowl put it flour, yeast,sugar and salt
✓Mix them well for some seconds
✓Now add in magrarine and mix well
✓Add in milk or warm water abeat by abeat while mixing until you get a dough
✓Now transfer the dough to your floured working surface and knead until you get a soft dough
✓Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 5minutes
✓After your 5minutes timing now cut your dough into equal sizes while rolling them into balls
Note:Aim to get 12-15 balls
✓Place them in baking tray and let them proof for 5minutes

✓Now bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown

HOW TO MAKE ZEBRA CAKE
Ingredients
1.Self raising flour 1cup
2.Eggs 4
3.Sugar ½cup
4.Cooking oil ½cup
5.Milk ½cup
6.Vanilla extract 1tspn
7.Cocoa powder 2tbspn
Directions
✓In a clean large bowl crack the eggs and beat them for about 1minute using a whisk
✓Add sugar and mix them well
✓Slowly add the oil while whisking until oil is mixed through
✓Add in milk and vanilla extract and give a quick mix
✓Sift the flour and add to the egg mixture
✓Mix well until you get a fine mixture
✓Get a new bowl and devide the mixture into two equal quantities
✓Add cocoa i one bowl and give a good mix to make the mixture chocolate
✓Now the mixtures are ready,get your baking tin and greece it using butter
✓Using a large spoon scoop in the white mixture and pour into the center of the baking tin
✓Using a different spoon of the same size scoop the chocolate mixture and pour in, at the center of the white mixture and allow it to spread by itself
✓Scoop again the white mixture and pour at the center of the chocolate mixture
✓Do this to all of the mixture
✓And now it's ready to bake
✓Bake in a preheated oven @180°C for 40-70 minutes depending on the size of your baking tin
✓Let it bake until when you deep a knife on it comes out clean

HOW TO MAKE CORNSTARCH SNACKS AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Cornstarch 1cup
2.Milk 4cups
3.Sugar ¾cup
4.Cardamom ½tbspn
5.Beaten eggs 2
6.Breadcrumbs ½cup
7.½-1litter cooking oil for deep-fry
Directions
✓In a cooking pan or sufuria mix cornstarch,milk,sugar and cardamom then cook in a low heat until firm
✓Let it cool for some minutes then transfer the mixture in a small bowl or rather a bowl which can fit it the fridge
✓Now put in the fridge for about 3hours
✓Aftet your 3hours timing take out from the fridge and in your working surface cut it into squares
✓Dip the squares in the egg
✓After that coat them with breadcrumbs
✓In a medium heated cooking oil and medium heat deep-fry until golden on both sides
✓Serve in kitchen paper to drain excess oil
✓Serve it warm or at room temperature as a snack or with some hot beverage and enjoy

Ingredients
1.Flour 3cups
2.Sugar 1cup

✓In a clean bowl mix in the dry ingredients thus flour,sugar,baking powder and salt
✓In another clean bowl mix in the wet ingredients
✓Break in eggs,add milk and vanilla essence and mix them well
✓Now mix the mixed wet ingredients to dry ingredients little by little while mixing gently
✓Continue to add the mixed wet ingredients while mixing until you get well mixed and soft mixture
✓Now grease the muffin pan witt some oil or use the remekins
✓Pour the mixture in every holes or remekins in the muffin pan
✓Fill them a little over half way full to give a space of proofing
✓Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15-20 mins until golden brown
✓Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes
✓And your queen cakes are ready you can either serve or do the decorations

HOW TO MAKE TEA CAKES USING A SANDWICH TOASTER AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Self-raising flour 1cup
2.Flavour 1tspn (orange zest,lemon zest, cardamom,cinamon)

6.Milk ½cup
Directions
✓In a mixing bowl beat eggs and add sugar and mix together until becomes foam like
✓In another bowl mix flour and your flavor well
✓Add in in the egg-sugar mixture and give a quick mix
✓Add milk while mixing well until you get a soft and thick paste
✓Leave it to settle for about 5minutes
✓In your 5minutes timing grease your toaster well with butter
✓Pour in your mixture in the boxes and bake for 5-10minutes

1.Minced beef ½kg
2.Wheat flour ¼cup
3.Diced onion 1

7.Black pepper ¼tspn
8.Choped coriander leaves 1bunch
9.Beaten eggs 2
10.Salt to taste
11.Cooking oil to fry ½-1 litter
Directions
✓In a cooking pan and medium heat pour in 1tbspn of cooking oil and add in the onion
✓When the onion is about to turn colour add in the ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown
✓Add curry powder and give a quick mix
Note:You can add in any spice that you would prefer in your kebabs
✓Take out from heat and let it cool for a minute
✓Now to the minced meat add salt to taste, coriander leaves,black pepper and the cooked onions
✓Dhen mix them well until everything is evenly distributed
✓After that,divide the mixture to equal amount according to the size you would love
✓Using your hands roll them to form like sausage rolls structures(don't compress them that much)
✓Do that to all your mixture
✓Next step,coat them lightly with flour by rolling them on the flour
✓Dhen deep them in the beaten egg
✓Now in a medium heated oil deep fry them to slightly golden brown colour
✓Let them cool for a minute and return them in the egg to make the second coat and deep fry again in a medium heated oil
✓Take them out to cool and coat them with egg for the last round and deep fry them now for about 3-4minutes to cook well inside
✓Put them in the kitchen paper to absorb excess oil
✓Serve them with your favorite sause or soup

HOW TO MAKE KANGUMU
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
3 tbs butter
1 tsp baking powder
Procedure
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sieve.
Add butter and sugar and mix well
Add egg one at a time
Add the dry ingredients to theiquid mixture
Mix well to form a hard dough
Add milk and continue kneading.
Let it. Rest for 20mins
Place on a floured surface and knead then cut to cubed pieces
Deep fry in the cooking oil until golden brown
Note: balance the heat not to burn the outer side while inside is not cooked.

HOW TO MAKE MAHAMRI
Ingredients
1.Wheat flour 2cups
2.Sugar 5-8tbspn (depending on your test)
3.Yeast 2tbspn
4.Crushed cardamom 1tspn
5.Milk 1 cup
6.Cooking oil
7.Butter 1tbspn
Procedure
✓In a small bowl pour in milk
✓Add cardamom,2tbsp of cooking oil and yeast dhen mix them well
✓In a onother big bowl pour in flour
✓Add sugar and mix up
✓Add the other mixture of milk in the flour mixture abeat by abeat while mixing
✓When the mixture becomes heavy to mix with the wooden stick start to knead using hands
✓Knead well until you get a soft dough
✓Add 2tbsp of cooking oil and butter dhen knead for about 3-5minutes
✓Dhen cover the dough with a plastic bag and let it rise for about 40-60mins
✓After the 60mins timing take out your dough from the bowl and place in on your working surface
✓Cut the dough into small equal size for final rolling
✓Roll the dough into a small circle and cut it in four equal size
✓Do this to all the doughs
✓Add oil in the frying pan and let it get hot as you work on the other doughs
✓Place you doughs and fry them till golden brown in both sides
✓And your mahamri are ready

HOW TO PREPARE KACHUMBARI AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Sliced tomatoes 4
2.Sliced onions 3
3.Sliced green hoho 1
4.Lemon 1
5.Vinegar 1tspn (optional)
6.Salt to taste
7.Chopped handfull of coriander leaves
8.Chopped chillies (optional)
9.Sliced garlic 2cloves
Directions
✓In a bowl pour in warm water and add in the sliced onions and garlic and let them soak for 2minutes
✓In onother bowl add in the sliced tomatoes,green hoho and coriander leaves then mix them well
✓Cut the lemon into two and squeeze the juice in the mixture and avoid the seeds
✓Now the onions and well soaked,add them in the mixture add in salt to taste and a tspn of vinegar and give a slowly mix
✓If you need chillies you can chop them and add in
✓And your kachumbari is ready

HOW TO MAKE SAUSAGE ROLLS AT HOME
Ingredients
1.Purpose flour 2cups
2.Yeast 1tspn
3.Sugar 1tbspn
4.Egg 1
5.Melted butter 3tbsp
6.Warm milk ½cup
7.Salt ½tspn
8.Mini sausages 12pcs
9.Egg to apply on top
Directions
✓In a bowl add flour,yeast,salt,sugar, beaten egg,milk,melted butter.
✓Stir for about 5minutes until you get a smooth and sticky dough
✓Cover the dough with a plastic bag at let it settle for 70-90 minutes in a warm place
✓In the 90minutes timing take out the dough place it in the working surface sprinkle some flour and knead for a minute
✓Cut the dough into 12 pieces and make the 12 balls
✓To each ball roll out into a rope
✓Wrap the each rope dough on the sausages
✓Put them on the baking tray and cover for 20-30 minutes
✓Apply the egg on top of all the 12 sausages
✓Now bake for 25minutes at 180°C preheated oven
✓Take them out to cool and your sausage bread rolls are ready

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE BIRIYANI AT HOME
Ingredients:
1.Rice 2½cup
2.Cummin seeds ½tspn
3.Salt to taste
4.Food color(egg yellow)
5.Cubed beef ½kg
6.Biriyani masala 2tbspn
7.Garlic ginger paste 2tbspn
8.Tomato paste 3tbspn
9.Mala 1cup
10.Sliced red onions 2
11.Sliced tomatoes 3
12.Blended medium size pawpaw (either raw or medium ripe)
13.Choped hoho 1
14.Choped bunch of dhania
15Cooking oil 5tbspn
Directions

✓In a boiling pot/sufuria put in beef,add pawpaw and salt to taste and cover till the meat is cooked and tender
✓Take the cooked beef and put aside
✓In the same sufuria put in 3tbspn of cooking oil and onions to fry when about to turn colour add garlic ginger paste and fry till golden brown
✓Add the chopped hoho and dhania and give a quick stir then add the tomatoes
✓Once it simmers put 3 tablespoons of biriani masala and stir a little then add tomato paste and give another stir
✓After 2minutes add the cooked beef and cover for 5minutes
✓After your 5minutes timing and in mala give a quick mix dhen let it cook for 8-10minutes
✓You can garnish with thinly chopped dhania
✓In a cooking pot put 5cups of water,cumin seeds,pinch of salt and 2 tbspn oil
✓When water boils add washed rice cover and let it cook
✓When water starts to drain in a bowl put food colour and mix with water dhen add some drops to the rice and wait for 2minutes then mix
✓Cover and cook till water completely drains
✓And your biriyani is ready
✓Serve your biriyani with biriyani stew and kachumbari aside

HOW TO MAKE BREAD AT HOME
1.Active dry yeast 1package
2.Milk 1cup
3.Warm water 1¼cup
4Sugar 3tbspn
5.Salt 1tbspn
6.Vegetable oil 2tbspn
7.Butter 2tbspn
8.All purpose flour 6¼cups
Note: these ingredients are for 2 loaves of bread.
Procedure
✓In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, oil and 3 cups flour. Mix until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour, ½ cup at a time, to form a soft dough.Add butter and mix well.
✓Onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, approximately 8-10 minutes. However, the more you knead, the softer the bread will turn out. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top.
✓Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 40-60 minutes
✓After your 60 minutes timing, punch down the dough and turn it onto a lightly floured surface.
✓Divide the dough in half, shaping each piece into a loaf.
✓Place in greased baking pans and cover let rise for about 30-40 minutes.
✓Bake for 220°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped.
✓Remove the bread from the baking pans to wire racks to cool.
✓When it has cooled completely, cut into slices.
