I help people get happy, motivated and focused, so that they can be their best selves
19 years ago today, an amazing young man was born. He is thoughtful, kind, hard working, funny and smart. What more can a mom ask for?
Happy birthday Williamšš

DEPRESSION TIPS:
Shower. Not a bath, a shower.
Use water as hot or cold as you like. You donāt even need to wash. Just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. Sit on the floor if you gotta.
Moisturize everything.
Use whatever lotion you like.
Unscented? Dollar store lotion? Fancy 48-hour lotion that makes you smell like a field of wildflowers? Use whatever you want, and use it all over your entire dermis.
Put on clean, comfortable clothes.
Put on your favorite underwear.
Those ridiculous boxers you bought last Christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? Put them on.
Drink cold water.
Use ice. If you want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.
Clean something.
Doesnāt have to be anything big. Organize one drawer of a desk. Wash five dirty dishes. Do a load of laundry. Scrub the bathroom sink.
Blast music.
Listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something thatās got lots of energy. Sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.
Make food.
Donāt just grab a granola bar to munch. Take the time and make food. Even if itās ramen. Add something special to it, like a soft-boiled egg or some veggies. Prepare food, it tastes way better, and youāll feel like you accomplished something.
Make something.
Write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, or anything artistic. Even if you donāt think youāre good at it. Create.
Go outside.
Take a walk. Sit in the grass. Look at the clouds. Smell flowers. Put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.
Call someone.
Call a loved one, a friend, or a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. Talk to a stranger on the street. Have a conversation and listen to someoneās voice. If you canāt bring yourself to call, text, email, or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. Even if you donāt say much, listen to them. It helps.
Cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them.
Take pictures of them. Talk to them. Tell them how you feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out, anything.
May seem small or silly to some, but this list keeps people alive.
*** At your absolute best you wonāt be good enough for the wrong people. But at your worst, youāll still be worth it to the right ones. Remember that. Keep holding on.
*** In case nobody has told you today, š ššøšæš® šØšøš¾ and you are worth your weight and then some in gold, so be kind to yourself and most of all keep pushing on!!!!
Find something to be grateful forāļø
May I please get 2 friends or family members to copy and re-post? You never know who on your list needs to hear this.
Just two. Any two.
Say DONE.
I wish I had known sooner that improving my gut health, would help my aching, irritated joints and allow me to get back to work in my garden.
Comment āgutā to find out how I did it!
And now we have two. Had already germinated broccolini on paper towels. In masons while we wait for printed tower parts.
Know what this is? Itās the first 3d printed piece to my hydroponic tower. Yes, Iāll admit itās a little āhairyā but Iām not going for perfect, Iām going for functional. Stay tuned for more of my new journey of 3d printing and hydroponic gardening.
So my skinny lemonade was followed by this taco salad. All the greens and micro greens I harvested from my indoor garden.
Awesome!!
Pollinatingļæ¼ the flowers on my lemon tree. Because I live in Canada and thereās still a foot of snow, I have to pollinate the tree myself. Weāll put it back outside late May until late Sept.
****update****
I had my skinny lemonade and then using left over taco meat from Sunday evening, had a taco salad. Was awesome. Check out the image in the next post.
I think I might actually be able to have a salad today š
Iāve got more green and some micro greens
So last week, I did a thing. Actually a few things. I got a hydroponic garden for fresh herbs over the winter. The basil has sprouted!!
I also, left a company with products I love and I joined another with products I hope to love.
You see, Iāve been struggling with my weight in the last year or two. Covid and menopause have not be good to me.
My previous company have great products that helped me mentally but itās hard to sell that to others. You really need a team to make any real money and you have to buy monthly.
Iām following industry leaders, who made this jump before I did andI can see their results. But my hope is to lead others on this journey with me.
The new company is built around a weight loss product, you should be able to see the results. And I donāt have to buy to stay active and itās total duplicatable! Best of all ANY sale makes me between $50-70.
Join today or tomorrow for $49ā¦send me a message for more info
Second test was my watch, seeing how I wear it 24/7 I thought it would be a good thing to test.

If you donāt feed your brain, you should! I take a supplement that improves my energy, focus and mood and would happily share. Ask me how

So last night we did a thing! Amber, Chase, Danielle and I, supporting mental health awareness as a family!
That have created a training group for our team. This training is generic so if you want to grow your following, up your game or join our team, let me know and Iāll get you in!
Tonight for dinner we had fried rice and egg rolls as a treat. Followed by a free fortune cookie. My cookie, chosen at random, has a very appropriate fortune for me.
Our deeds determine us, as much as we determine our deeds.
My awesome team is worldwide, weāre work together as a group and we also offer duplicatable systems to get you where you want to goā¦Fast

This is good for thought.
Make a plan, stick to it!
Take action, inaction wonāt get you anywhere!
Be intentional with your time, donāt waste it!
Enjoy every second, thereās only 86,400 in a day!
Be true to yourself, you have no one else to answer to.
Treat others the same way youād like to be treated, with love and kindness!
Tell yourself your WORTH IT! Because YOU ARE!!
So today is day 20ā¦I stopped posting every day because I figured everyone is tired or seeing it.
Self reflection:
I had though before I started these SNAPS that I needed to get my antidepressants upped a bit. I no longer felt they were working as well as they used to.
Now 20 days later, I donāt think this anymore. My mind is clear, my mood is good, the anxiety and overwhelm are gone and I have more patience. Patience is huge for me, I donāt do stupid well and you canāt fix it. Iām not on edge or uptight.
Motivation is starting to come back again as my injury heals, I felt sorry for myself last week with the pain I was in, but getting much better now even though it looks worse.
The future is bright with SNAPS!!

Today marks Day 15. For any of you who have known me a while, 35 years of coffee almost every day usually 2 or moreā¦. Now I have trouble drinking one. No jitters, focused, able to concentrate and creativity, all because of this little SNAP.

Wow, feeling different already. I was a little skeptical yesterday A.M. when I realized I didn't feel much different. But I have been a coffee drinker for decades. Last night, after spending the better part of 8 hours at my computer and getting tons accomplished, thats when it hit me. I was driven, focused, clear headed and alert. I hadn't experienced any cravings, I wasn't overwhelmed and I didn't really want to stop but had to (someone needed to be picked up to come home).
