Devolution has won !
The fact that no county will lose and a formula has been developed is a milestone for our great nation .I would want to thank his Exellency the President for his intervention in the deadlock ,closure of county Governments would be catastrophic ,for this I applaud him for being a good Leader
There is a challenge to Council of Governors-Kenya, ensure service delivery and reduce the Pilferage of Funds at county level ,The senators to oversee that these billions are well spent ,The Directorate of Criminal Investigations - DCI and Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Kenya to investigate swiftly and prosecute thise found to be culpable
