Machakos Deputy Governor H.E Francis Mwangangi this morning held a familiarization meeting with members of staff from his new office in Machakos.
Hon. Mwangangi promised them a smooth continuation of operations and service delivery towards building a better Machakos for all.

Today I accompanied H.E. the Governor Hon. Wavinya Ndeti in a working tour of Machakos Level 5 hospital to inspect the status of healthcare services in the facility. This precedes our major plans to deliver our mandate by availing key services to Mwananchi.
I have noted with concern that, even though our healthcare professionals are more than willing to serve our people better, they are limited to do so by certain issues that needs to be addressed with immediate effect.
Guided by our immeasurable zeal to deliver our manifesto, we will work with immediacy to equip our hospitals with enough medical supplies and non-pharmaceutical items that are key in the provision of healthcare. We will also ensure that all non operational medical equipment are revived so that our people can start receiving quality, affordable and timely health services.
Health and development are inseparable.
