𝙋𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝙤𝙛𝙛 𝙢𝙮 𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮:
1️⃣𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!
Planning is important, but taking imperfect action is more important. The longer those plans stay inside your head, the more self doubt will kick in.
2️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲.
With people that you look up to, you may think that they're better than you. This makes you feel discouraged so that you change who you are to be more like them. They have doubts and insecurities too, so stop seeing them as perfect.
3️⃣𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.
When life gets hard and your confidence takes a knock, looking back on your past achievements can help you get back up again. Keep a record of your winning moments so that you can easily remind yourself of the times when you were awesome.
4️⃣𝗕𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱.
The best way to minimise anxiety/fear/doubt and feel confident for the task ahead is to be prepared. Preparation = practice. Don't discount the importance of practice, both in person/ out loud and by visualising the task in your mind.
5️⃣𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁.
I can't speak for everyone, but I know that I feel more confident when I look my best. When I take care of my health and dress well. I can 'own' any room with confidence when I feel like I'm one of the best dressed there.
6️⃣𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀.
We can all be our own worst critic. We give allowances for those around us who make mistakes, so go easier on yourself and allow for error, because it's going to happen. See mistakes as learning opportunities rather than failures.
7️⃣𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲
Dreams can scare you. Break them down into smaller goals so it becomes less intimidating to pursue.

2021 was a year of rest, healing and recharging for me back home after a whirlwind decade of living in the big city.
But now I'm all charged up and ready for every opportunity 2022 brings! ✨
My new years resolution is simple this year, it's to be committed, consistent & confident in everything I do. Let's go 2022! 🎉
