The 85-country rating is based on how people throughout the world define each nation in terms of a variety of qualitative traits.

With a 12.7 score, Morocco led the way for the best quality of life in Africa, followed by Egypt and South Africa. Algeria ranked last.

Morocco’s strongest asset is its affordability at a 48.8 score, followed by its family-friendliness at 24.4 and good job market at 10.5.

I think leadership comes from integrity - that you do whatever you ask others to do. I think there are non-obvious ways to lead. Just by providing a good example as a parent, a friend, a neighbor makes it possible for other people to see better ways to do things. Leadership does not need to be a dramatic, fist in the air and trumpets blaring, activity.

Clear, written goals have a wonderful effect on your thinking. They motivate you and galvanize you into action. They stimulate your creativity, release your energy, and help you to overcome procrastination as much as any other factor.

Sometimes, it is not only a matter of having the right knowledge, skills or attitudes or the right amount of resources and network but also the right persistence to become successful.
