We should have more open periods conversations to both our boys and girls.
Parents have a first hand obligation to steer this conversation right from their homes.
Do not wait to have "THE TALK" with the kids at a certain age. Having 'this talk' all at once can be highly overwhelming. Instead have small continuous talks as the children grow and build on details as they progress with age.

Yesterday the girls of Bamburi Community High School, Mombasa were super delighted to receive menstruation pads 👏👏
